Are you really guilty or the cases false?

It is not relevant whether you are guilty or not.
All that is relevance that there is criminal case against you which is pending.
till the time both the case are closed in your favour on merits not on procedure, you cannot join any govt job.
as far as cyber case, as you said is going trace and may be closed.
regarding wife's case, it appears that you are yet to spoil your future. You can patch up and ensure non-filing of case by her.

You are eligible till you are not an accused in any case. If FIR is lodged, you are arrested / framed as accused and or charge sheet filed against you, your eligibility is under cloud.

If all the cases are settled and the criminal cases are quashed mutually then there is no hindrance.

Cyber case if not quashed then you would face hurdle. Go for quashing the case if FIR is registered.

do not be mistaken
be enlightened that there is no time barred suo-motto closure of the case in CrPC.
