Dear Madam/sir,
I have name on birth certificate in Devnagri script.
I have name in school records with minor change in my middle name.From Standard first to SSC ,I have changes in middle name.E.g. standard 2 have middle name as AQIL,whereas standard 10 ssc have middle name as AKIL,due to clerkege error.
Please note,that I have evidence in this regards,viz Fees receipt and results of different standards with signatures of head mistress and school; stamp on them.
The sceinerio is that I want a uniformity in my name(middle name).It is about 6 years on ,I passsed SSC with AKIL as midddle name and also HSC,B.Com with the same name as that on SSC certificate.
My father has name AQIL as on Indian passport(my correct middle name)and various other documents.
I too have PAN,voterid,adhaar,Bank accounts with AQIL as middle name,which is correct .
Now I wish to change my incorrect middle name from AKIL to AQIL on all educational documents.
I was minor when this clerkege error occured,and also my family members are not that qualified,so that they can notice and tackle this error when it was occured.Today I am facing problem due to this,for availing Indian Passport and for further Education in UNiversites.
Affidavits,News paper Publication,Gazzete notifications,etc can be employed for name change.
Can Universities in India,Passport office will accept my applications with new name ,once I changed my name as per point 8 above ?? Or I have to file a writ petition in Hon'ble High Court of the state.
Can court direct the above mentioned institution to rectify error in name, once Identity is proved,as I say of evidences in point .
Please guide me with either of the options,as I am planning for oversea higher education,which will require passport.

Hi i have proceeded with excution my case is that i bought a decree from bank which was mortagage by bank for not paying the mortgage. The party who has filed as a addition of party with a release degree was dated 14 nov 1885 but the overdraft amount was taken in october 1885 will the release deed still be valid to redem the property.

Hi,
My father bought a house before 22 years back during that I am not sure how did he managed to measure the house boundaries.
But I see a conflict where our pipelines being planted on top of that the house beside us have their sunsets of windows.
Now after these many years suddenly the person who reside was about to sell his house and came up with an issue saying that small part of the land belongs to us and your pipeline needs to be removed.
Can you please help us how can we resolve this issue.

Can we split the bail order of solvent surety of 25000, and if it is done then again we need the valuation of the property? Because we do not have time to make it from registrar office. thank you

This is a practical one. Land is in the name of father who is having four sons and two daughters. He is old now with no income and maintenance becomes difficult for him and his wife. He wish to sell a portion of his property. But one of his son is reluctant to sign for selling the property. What is the recourse left to father who at this old age is unable to meet his medical and maintenance of he and his wife ? All other three sons and two daughters are willing for selling the property and are prepared to sign and only one sign is not coming forward.
Pl provide suggestions. thanks.

If nothing is amentioned in Contract , who is liable to bear Service Tax Reverse Charge.
Can Service Receiver deduct Service Tax from payment of Service Provider.

I work with a small association in Ahmedabad having total 5 employees. It has PAN card under Association of Persons (AoP) category and is not a registered organisation.
In my appointment letter my designation reads as Administrative Officer. It is mentioned in the Appointment letter that apart from salary, I will get a bonus as per the norms of the association. Bonus is paid during Diwali @ 20% of the salary to other employees. I joined the organization from 22nd August, 2015. And during Diwali 2015, I was not paid the bonus as I had not finished my 6 months.
Thereafter on 30th March, 2016, I was told that the committee members have decided to discontinue my services and that I may leave the office premise. I asked for the salary of March 2016 and one months’ notice period salary for April 2016 and relieving letter. I was told that it will be given in April 2016.
Having been convinced, I left the office premise. Thereafter I was called to the office on 11th April, 2016 and was asked to sign the resignation letter, which was prepared by the office on my behalf. They told me that upon signing the resignation letter only I will get the cheque for salary of March 2016 and Notice period amount for April 2016 and the relieving letter.
I denied to sign any such resignation letter as I have no intent to resign from my services.
Thereafter they did not pay me anything nor did they gave me relieving letter.
Thereafter on 20th April, once again I requested for my salary of march 2016 through the email. In response to it the office wrote that I was already offered the salary and notice period amount upon signing the resignation letter. Now since I have denied, the office will pay me my salary for march 2016 and give me my relieving letter.
Thereafter nothing turned up, hence I issued a legal notice to the office on 22nd April, 2016 through advocate to pay me my dues ie. 1. My salary for March 2016. 2. Notice period salary and 3. Bonus for the months from August 2015 to April 2016; and mentioning that if the said is not paid, I will file complaint u/s 406, 420, 114 of the IPC and a suit in the labout court to recover my dues.
Replying to the notice the office agreed to pay the salary of March 2016 and denied the notice period salary saying that such fact is not mentioned in the appointment letter. Also mentioned that I cannot approach the labour court as my designation is Administrative Officer. They did not mention anything about the bonus in the reply, though it is mentioned in the appointment letter.
Thereafter, cheque for salary of March 2016 and relieving letter dt. 21st April, 2016 was sent through RPAD from the office which I received on 27th April, 2016.
Now my question is, whether I can file a written complaint u/s. 406, 420, 114 of the IPC for breach of trust etc. in the local police station?
Please advice further, how to get back my dues from the organization? Whether through the labour court or through city civil court?

Settlement of account in case of death of holder
Sir my father expired recently.he has two rd in his name one of rs above 5lakh and other of 2.5 lakh.these rd has been auto debited from the joint account of my father and me.but the rd are on his name and has no nominee. What is the procedure of claim for these rd.these rd's has been matured yesterday.please reply soon
