Me and my spouse were married under the Christian Marriage Act.My decree of divorce was passed by the Family Court in Mangalore under the Indian Divorce Act.What is the period of limitation to file the Appeal in the High Court?

Sir in a cheque bounce case being filed by me the accused has been acquitted after 5 year trial and now is there any possible legal way to recover my money from him as suit for recovery was not filed by me with hope that my money would be recovered as the complaint has been filed by me ?

SIR I AM FROM CHENNAI.I HAVE SOLD A LAND HERE.THE GUY WHO IS BUYING THE LAND MADE AN AGREEMENT STATED THAT HE WOULD GIVE THE AMOUNT IN 1 MONTH IF NOT LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN IS MENTIONED IN IT.I SIGNED THE AGREEMENT ON JAN 2015.HE GAVE 25% WHILE SIGNING THE AGREEMENT.AND THE REST IN ONE MONTH.BUT HE GAVE SMALL SMALL AMOUNT TILL JULY2015.WHICH BECAME 70% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT TILL JULY2015.HE MADE ME TO SIGN AT THE BACK OF THE AGREEMENT WHENEVER HE GAVE THE MONEY.BUT FROM JULY2015 TILL DATE HE DIDN'T GIVE THE REMAINING 30%. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE AGREEMENT
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE LAST AMOUNT PAID TILL DATE

Will the past service of exservice men get counted for appearing in Departmental promotion(competitive) tests.if counted will i get service relaxation in service condition in next exam if the exservice is presently junior to me.

Dear Sir...In Matrimonial case of 125 Interim is awarded to me and my minor son...my elder son is with my husband which kept forcibly and in every meeting I M asking to meet him but they are not bringing . I filed the three execution and my husband is paying one time and then making excuse in next three hearings and once he tried to pay very small amt RS 3000 and We refused the same and Judge issues the conditional warrant. He start to not appearing in executions case and out of the court his advocate told us that my husband is saying that he will not pay any more and ready to go under Custody. Finally we he cought from other court and presented in front of Judge and sent to Jail on refusing to pay the maintenance. In the mean while judge is changed and he presented after 14 days and asked him and his advocate and he refused again and sent to jail. in the mean while my advocate submitted the authority that one month jail for one month default of payment and copy also given to his advocate. In latest hearing he agreed to pay but 10 K only against the execution of 46 K and two more execution are still pending. He paid 10 K to which I refused but Judge start saying that he will earn only when he will out if custody and a statement is taken from my husband that in next hearing in July he will pay all the amt of Execution and in case of failure he will surrender himself. Now my query is 1 ) in next hearing if he bring small amt then can I refuse to take that as if he is not feeling my pain to meet my elder son then why should I accept less amt. 2) Can Judge Force me to take what so ever he is bringing ?? 3) How I can change the view of Judge that husband is intentialy not making the payment to Harras me and it is not practically happening as she is Thinking that if he will out of custody and can earn and will pay . 4) Can I transfer my cases in other court as Judge not seems going g according to law that in execution opp party has to make all the payment and how much time it is taking to transfer my cases to other court??

I want citation on the point of Court can frame charges U/S 420.406,467,etc.on the basis of Photocopy as per sec.63 of evidence act preferably supreme Court or PUNJAB &Haryana h.c

Please suggest me where and how can I launch complaint against the man you is already married and having to kids but then to had kept relationship with me and sexually harassed me by blackmailing me that he kill my son and not only that he stayed with me as my husband known to all the landloads, I was working and all those companies also he told everyone that he is my husband.
He used to tell that he is giving divorce to his wife because he doesn't want to stay with her in my mistake is that I believed him blindly I trusted him. After that he started utilising my also, started beating me and my son and he used to drink and come to my office and do hungama because of all this I had to leave my job. If I am not working then how I will pay my son's school fees or the house rent, so I started asking him to pay everything.
After that he told me that to make things all right than he has to go and stay with his wife I agreed to that and he told me to go and stay in my parents house. I even did that, now my parents were aware of this that he was staying in my house with me and he used to hit me and my son. They asked do I want get married to him I blindly said yes to parents and they agreed but they told that he has to show the divorce certificate so I started telling him to do that and get marry me.
No luckily I met his wife and told her about he doing like this with you and me why. I have most of proof against him the photographs,videos and even the phone calls recordings plus I have live people who all can prove what I have gone through.
Please suggest me what should I do now because he is trying to run off where he has to pay money back to.

Sir I was working as a property consultant 3 years before for a builder that Time I sold some shops of that builder to some clients. Now builder is not constructing it's site. Now I am working in central excise department since last 3 years. Can those clients file case against me? I received commission from builder for those deals but nothing from clients. And I have to switch from central excise to income tax next week so will there be any problem in police verification for my new job? Does that client hold any ground of FIR against me? And what steps I can take to avoid this thing which was unintentionally done by me.

Counting past service of exservice men in department exams
Suppose an exservice men joins a psu in ex service qouta as postA in 2015. Then the psu notified promotion exam in the year 2016 for postB FROM postA for candidates having service condition of say 5 years .in this condition can he appear in the department exam by taking the needed service in this case 4 years from his past service in armed force ( 1 year in psu + 4 years past service in armed forces total 5 years ) so that he can appear in the exam conducted in 2016.if he is allowed will the seniors of the same 2015 batch get any relaxation in service condition as stated in DPE guidelines...for the exams
