Dear sir/madam,
last year my sister committed suicide. she left a death note saying that, husband, father in law, mather in law, brother in law, sister in law cruely harresed. they are only reason for my suicide.
after one month of my sister death all accused are granted bail.
Can we have legal option to cancel bail.
Guide me how to tackle.

Sir,
I live at Ghaziabad (U.P.) and booked a builder flat at Ghaziabad (U.P.). The builder' s registered office is in Delhi and corporate office is at Noida (U.P.).
I have to file a complaint in Consumer Forum due to no flat possession by builder.
Where I should file my complaint (flat booked for Rs. 32 Lakhs in year 2012) whether in Lucknow or Delhi. Please guide me.

Hi,
I actually bought a flat with the help of bank loan and everything was sanctioned based on the sale agreement and now the land lord was not responding for doing registration , But i already moved to the flat as builder / promoter has given the flat for us to use and he himself find difficult to bring the land lord for registration as the land lord stays outstation and not responding properly.
In this situation what i can expect and what i need to do.

Dear Sir
Since 2004 my father has filed divorce case against my mother who was living that time with my father in same house which belongs to my father and purchased by him only.
Practically and frankly speaking neither my father nor we two brother wants to live with mom due to her rash nature and bad temperament.
Question is coming that, my mom is living in that house which belongs to my father only since 2004 when my father filed divorce case while living with us.
The case is still running on and we need badly that property for selling due to financial crunch. Is this possible for us to sale that property while taking consent of court as that property belongs to my father. My father has also made one will in the name of us two brothers wherein he clearly mentioned that property after him will be with only two sons.
I have fear that my mom can sell this property while living their to any third party or anyone can take illegal possession in our absence.
Kindly advise us so that we can take that property in our control.

I am receiving calls since last 1 month from unknown numbers on my mobile number After receiving calls the person from other side not
talking and hanging up the phone and those who talk ask to talk to
Rakhi(my wife). After inquiring to a person he disclosed that he got
my number from a website like omegle and chatroulette and and chatrandom. com then hangup the call.
kindly confirm the sections of IPC IT act 2000 to approach under 156(3) to and register FIR as police only taken complaint and not taking any action against the person who is doing this ridiculous act.

Good afternoon, Sukhdeep makkar here, I have 4 cases of 138 against me, as I result I defaulted because of recession of business values and further commitments made to me which also failed which resulted in default of payment....my hearing is on the 8th of July, and mental torture towards my parents and family is being carried upon and I have paid these people earlier on time but now fail to do so as no cash in hand.. Payment value is 65 lacs and I wish to surrender by this Monday before the date, please help me or suggest me with a few inputs and what I can do. As I can't see my parents being tortured anymore... Sir, regarding the sanction of stagnation increment on account of opt of promotion exercise, I understand that the Division Bench of High Court of Madras has delivered as judgement on 02.03.2000.
