Daughters right in property

Sir ,
If a property is purchased by a person having two sons and one daughter before 1925 but know the grand children of the daughter is in the property what are the legal rights of those children

Sir the property is enjoyed only by the grand children of the daughter for last 40 years but know the grand children of the son are claiming the property and are trying to oust the grand children of the daughter from the property who are very poor what are the legal rights of the grand children of daughter
