Sir. If someone has filed complaint under negotiable Act and if that matter is pending than complainanat can file a suit for recovery of the due amount for the same cheque. Weather two proceedings can be initiate for the same matter.

Respected sir,
I hv been th e guarantor in SBI for 4 wheeler (Tata mobile) for last 3 years of my brother in law but he intentionally not paying the emi thoug his financilly is sound now the bank has hold my salary account and deducted all the money in my account and showing 200000 as lien ballance but the borroer is not giving any dam to it now sir what legal option do i have to sue the borrower I kno i need to pay the remaining loan if he dont but i must hv some option to sue him so that he can fill sm hit
So sir please guide me and let me know if there is any option,Can i file FIR against him

Recently i have been a victiom of molestion in public. I have lodged a complaint against the man in the nearby police station and the procedure has moved to the court charging ipc 509 I would like to end up the case as soon as possible since i am appearing for the upsc exams.. what should i do to compromise the case..? The court procedures has just started..

When i was in 11th class my age that time was 16 yrs and 8 months i indulged in fight at tution and other guy went to police station with his father and sho called me and my father after inquiring . He let me go with in 30 mins but the constable put my name in register and now its been 10 yrs and no summon or trail or anyone one from police called me . So i want to know if an fir had been lodged against me as i have to undergo character verification for job

i want to give power of attorney to partnership firm for sale of flat ,in partnership firm there are two partners= one
is my daughter and another is son in law.
whether that firm is included in the definition of close relative.

I as 1st owner of a flat wish to delete name of my son -2nd jt holder on Chs Share cert. Due to his death. Application ltr given with original share cert & Notarised death certificate To chairman of CHS. They want to know under which law subrule I want name deleted. Pl. Mail me procedure rule & sub rule how name to be simply deleted from society register & share cert. Due to death. No other action requested except rqst to delete name on sh cert & return.
