Dear Sir,
I am decree holder but the company has not paid up the money due to me. I have filed execution of the decree and still they have not turned up in the court. Should i file for imprisonment under order 21 rule 11(2) or order 21 rule 37 against them? which one is stronger and has better chances for me to get my money.

I am Chief engineer in merchant navy constructed a house in AMBALA and given on rent ,but with in 3 month my tenant intention changed and stop paying rent .I filled a case in court and won it.
Now to take revenge he filed a false criminal case against me and my father that we have beaten him .I just want to know how the case can be register against me and my father just on a basis of false story with out any evidence, with out any police complaint.
He just want to fed up me from court cases.he has a false medical report clearly saying no injury,no blood,no swelling.I think he aapproach govt hospital doctor for false medical report MLR but may be doctor refuse to give him false medical report and hand him over actual medical report saying nothing.
1.I just want to KNOW how a criminal case register on this MLR.
2.think for last 4years iam living mumbai but court is sending my summon on my native place ambala .besides telling by my father that he is not living here ,now court has issue warrant against mein proclaim offender.
3.the date he mentioned in court case at that time i was in Mumbai .I HV bank statement of withdrawal from my ATM. I HV approach bank for CCTV footage but they refuse to provide me with out police letter or saying the footage is of 3yrs old may be not available.
4. My tenant is very clever he filled a affidavit in court that his income is very less so he got free advocate from court .I HV approach court department but they say that he had summit a affidavit on that basis that HV given him free advocate. Ihv filled RTI in income tax but they say we cant provide income details of anyone. He is very rich having a car but availing free advocate facility.
5.every time he avail free advocate and I HV to spent thousands of rupees for advocate like for my house case I HV won in session court as he is getting free advocate he appeal in district then high court .how to stop him because until he has nothing to pay from his pokets he willkeep filling false case on me one after
6.as I am working in merchant navy I cannot left my job please advise me how to handle the problem created by this clever person

Old building is occupied by tenants under provision of Maharashtra Rent Control Act Their status was of protected monthly tenant , and that building becomes dilapidated.
Municipal Corporation using Relevant provision under Municipal law for dilapidated building demolishes the building following due process of law since in rainy season if the building collapse it may lead to death , injuries etc.
Issue is that there is no provision in Maharashtra Rent Control Act regarding such situation.
What are legal rights of tenant in such situation
1) who where residing when demolition took place
2) who where not residing but no eviction suit was filled by Land lord before demolition
3) Who where not residing and eviction suit for non use was pending or appeal pending .
4) What step should be taken in Court if eviction suit is pending since buildings and room demolished

I am a finance professional. One of my client had purchased a home in New Mumbai area. Sale deed is registered but development agreement between builder & land owner is notarized. In this situation bank is asking for confirmation deed. Can any one give me advise what is confirmation deed & what should be format for in deed for this case?

Hi Experts ,
My company has sold a office which was 20 years old brought in 1lakh price and sold in 1 crore now i have a long term capital again on that as we had claimed depreciation ,
now i we would like to reinvest the same money to save capital gain , so i would like to understand that can we invest in equity so that we have the money in more liquid form.
i hope i am able to narrate my senior .

Dear Sir, I would like to know if service tax and VAT is applicable on flat purchase from builder. The agreement is done in April 2016 in Mumbai. The flat area is 642 sq. ft builtup. If applicable, what is the rate and on what value?
Recently Delhi High Court ruled that ST cannot be collected, and there is lot of confusion.

Mr. Sunil is a Dealer of Used Cars.
He purchases Second Hand Cars from Various non dealers and sells it to Consumers.
I want to know whether he is liable to VAT?on sales made?
If yes please guide me with the help of relevant provision in this context.

Sir, My Husband was terminated from SBI in 2013 who was working as PO at that time due to non disclosure of pending case at that time. We have filed a case in High Court in 2013. It reached the Hon' ble Judge after 3 years recently and he asked the Bank to submit records regarding termination and gave them 2 weeks. My query is whether the case reaches him exactly after 2 weeks as mentioned by him without any body' s intervention?? Will our case move at faster rate from now onwards??
