Can a person make RTI application in Co-operative Bank asking for copies of some documents. e.g. bank guarantee. (developer issued bank guarantee in favor of Society, which after few years society resubmitted to developer for further cancellation)

My grandfather is died 4years ago..and he z having 2daughter's 3sons.no is caring or giviving money to my grandmother.0ne house was there in the name of my grandfather. my grandmother is taking rent of that house for past 1year..now her sons are not allowing to take that rent money also..so grandmother decided to take that house in her name.. because she gave field property to 3sons and plots also.. and her sons,also in higher position good jobs.so can u suggest me how my grandmother can take that house without any objection with her sons?????

Sir in a private complaint u/s 420 IPC filed against accused for inducing me with false assurance of repayment of borrowed amount through cheque with knowledge that his assurance was false and thus causing wrongful loss to me and wrongful gain to himself.The court after recording my preliminary statement took cognizance of the offence and issued summon to accused and after the appearance of the accused the case is now at the stage of Pre charge evidance.I want to know that on the next date what kind of evidence has to be adduced by me as I have already filed all related documents and recorded my preliminary statement ?

Sir,
One of my friend get a license fronm bharat petrolium for opening a pump, so he nned finance and the land on which petrol pump will start is in the name of my and friend, now if we make a partnership deed with equal share and run the pump is it valid under partnership act and indian contract act,

Dear experts,
a false FIR was lodged to my family members in Jan 2014 in the sections 468,471,419,420,147,294(b),506(1) IPC. we applied for FIR quashing in high court and got stay order for further proceedings in May 2015. But after 2 months police lodged the charge sheet and case in lower court.
up to this 4 hearing went in lower court but we are not got any summon from police. I saw the case status in ecourts website, every month it's adjourned with "Issue fresh summon" status. still we are not got the summon from police
my questions are
1) is it possible to quash the charge sheet with out summon?
2) if i got the summon, whether i can skip the hearing and directly approach the high court to quash charge sheet
3) like civil case summon whether family members can receive other's summon
4)whether these sections (468,471,419,420,147,294(b),506(1) IPC) are cognizable sections, if we failed to prove our innocence what will be the judgement/sentences. Because the opposite party want a compromise in a closed civil suite. the civil suite was closed in favor of us.
please help me on this

For my grandma 2daughters and 3sons and my mother is first one and iam granddaughter above 18years and remaining my uncle aunt daughters are 12yrs old.no one is caring for my grand mother and no one is giving money even daughters also..soo she is staying with me for past 3yrs this yr she decided to give her property to me.that property is on my grandma name.so any one will do objection if I take that property????

A license is not ready to vacate the premises even after expiry of the agreement. He is not ready to give monthly compensation for the over stay.
The licencor whenever goes to his premises , the licensee threatens and even pushes him out of the premises. licencor has even tried to take help of local police but it seems even the police is in hand and glove with the licencee..
Kindly assist what is the immediate remedy for the licencor?

A person who has been accused of criminal activities is under trial for criminal proceedings under First Class Judicial Magistrate of a court and has been granted bail for non bailable offence but the person wishes to get the charge sheet filed in another court but under jurisdiction of same High Court as the lawyer of the accused person had a sort of cold war with the First Class Judicial Magistrate few years back and so he is not in a position to represent the case of the accused and the judge while granting the bail delayed the procedure of bail which led to spending of 1 week in prison. Is it possible to file a charge-sheet in another court?

Claim rejection by mobile insurance company
I had taken an insurance for my mobile which covers accidental damages as well. Recently I met with an accident in which my mobile got damaged. I was sitting on the back seat and my mobile was kept on the seat as I my bottoms did not have pockets. My claim got rejected on the ground of negligence as u should have kept ur mobile in your hand or some safe place. Can any action be taken against them?
