Is it the Charity Commissioner, Thane?

Can we change/amend the Objects and Rules and Regulations after the Registration? If yes how?

Can NRI be am member of such a Society?

If NRI is a member then how does he/she vote? Is email voting allowed or you have to present in the AGM or Special GB meeting?

Bail on pr bond

Hi,
Following the fir filed on the alleged offences on my family, we moved the high court for ABA after it got rejected in lower court, high court granted us ad- interim relief, stating that
"in event of arrest the accused should be released on bail upon furnishing pr bond of 20,000 each with 1 or 2 sureties in the like amount."
And a weekly visit to the concerned police station to co operate with the investigation.
We have been visiting the police station as directed...the next hearing keeps getting postpone...Been more than 3 months now since the first hearing..
Now the IO suggests that he will ask his senior and release us on the pr bond and file the charge sheet..( police till date never showed interest in arresting us)
So does this sudden step by the police works in our favour?

1. What is bail on pr bond? Does it mean a permanent bail? No further investigation needed??

2. Do we get the closure in this?

3. Should we go for quashing of fir later...if police releases us on bond? And what are the chances of getring fir quashed...

In short we were falsely implicated in the offences...
I would like to know from the respected experts
What are the consequences of the step the police wishes to take...
What further action should i be taking to get the permanent closure..

Thanks
