My father is ex employee of steel authority of India unit bokaro.after his retirement company provide lease house for 33 moths but one a person who illegal possession from 5 years and executed acknowledgement not by fraudulent manner when knowing that the person froud me then he loged FIR but police submit final report the case is civil nature after FR we file protest application and accused also file false complaint case u/s 323,325,452,420,406,506,120(B) in CJM court but his complaint dismiss u/s 203 then complainant file revision U/s 397,399 in session court have any judgement in favour of respondent the revision not maintainable where U/s 203 prima faci not made our against accused hence complaint case dismiss.

1930 yrs c.s record is land propatey was ajmile propatey then 1965 yrs R.s record is land propatey is my single land propatey.but at time the ajmile propatey party cleam this propatey is re ajmile this is possible ?

Hi, i purchased independent house at narapally, hyderabad. It is ready to occupy house. We were told by builder that if we declare it as under construction property we would be charged less vat,than what is applicable to finished property, and accordingly paid 24200rs,, as the price is 25lakh but he said he would charge vat @1.23% of 20lakh. Plz tell me how much my total registration cost would be with breakup as he had taken rs110000 from us for the same. Expecting quick response from ua end.

Hello All, I was met with an accident on 17th of September 2015. I was driving my four wheeler Nh road seperator and left of the road i taken U turn with proper indication at that time one two wheeler person suddenly hit my car rear left side near deisel tank lid and fell down and I stopped the car and seen him he got minor injuries scratch at face and knees and my car got small scratch only then we leaved the place without any problems next day he admitted in hospital and filled FIR under section 279 and 337 were booked against me. How should I handle this? Should I accept this and pay fine( I hate this as it was not my error, but this would save time and money) or fight against it?AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT MY 3RD PARTY INSURANCE IS EXPIRED NOW IT'S IN CURRENT.

Sir,.my son Dr.Rushikesh studying in AidedAyurved college Nasik for M.S.he cracked PGA CET-2015 n admitted in M.S as per merit,he belongs to SC category,being aided college he is not getting staipend.In MMaharashtra Govt.Ayurved colleges are giving ₹ 40000/-pm but aided colleges are not giving staipend,its totally injustice with my son,without staipend he cannot continue his medical Education.
For PG M.S./M.D Ayurved common Enterance Eam.conducted by Ayush Maharashtra, through which my son in PG.his college is totally aided one and all rules are adopted by Govt.
Sir, such circumstances what can I do please give me legal opinion in this matter and its question of his carrier
I have written to Central and state in this matter,no action is not taken till now.Thanking you sir n pardon me.

Pre requisites of filing divorce
Hi,
I would like to know if there are any prerequisites of filling divorce under 13(1) (i-a)? In other words before someone files petition for divorce under section 13 (1) (i-a) of HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955 are there preconditions which need to be met?
