Dear Experts.,
My wife filled MC against me recently.,she went her relatives house in another distrct in AP.,the fact is we both belongs to Same district in Andhra Pradesh.,
But my wife went to his relatives house in another district.,so she filled case in that area court jurditiction.,as per records my wife parents all are living visakhapatnam only.,and records as per visakhapatnam district only.,I m also living same distrct.,
Her intention is give trouble to me.,thats what she filed MC in another distrct.,thats too long from our native place.,
My question is: Is there any chances to transfer the case in to my native place?
Plz suggestion me.,

Can i marry with my mothers>fathers>sisters>daughters>daughter. Plz it's urgent. And one thing more my mothers >father and fathers sisters> father is same but mother is different. Matlab mere nana aur unki behen ki maa alag thi per papa same the aur mein apne nana ki behen ki beti ki beti se shadi karna chahta hun is it in spinda relationship.

I am working in a big corporate firm. I am on notice period. On my resigning month I forgot to fill the online time sheet which is for company record if the employee came to office or not. Now my employer is refusing to pay my salary for may month. Also when I joined it is mentioned in my offer letter that my notice is one month ,but they are compelling me serve three months because they have recently increased the notice to three months. Please help me how can I get back to them. I have logs and mail as well to prove that I was in office.

Hello sir we are living in house which is in pagdi system as it was only one house but 26 years back the house is partitioned with my father and his brother.The problem is my house was condition of renovation I went to landlord to ask for permission to renovate house but he denied giving an excuse that I had damaged is property but partition back 25. Years go it was done .Now his saying like if I want his permission I have to remove that partition.As of now I didn't gonna remove the partition and doing the renovation work his guy is coming everyday and taking the p becoz itz must .but his guy taking pictures of the work.what should I do.. becoz he told me earlier if i do renovation work without removing partition he will file a case against me for damaging of property. What should I do and both house are different and room no are different but property tax receipt is one only for both house.So what to do now

case attached below. court sets 25 july for orders .As respondent did not turn up till now how relief of costs will be paid by respondent as he is not in India and no property or deposits in his name in India Any sort of compensation will be order to be paid as per court and can that be set aside till he come in December . Even if court advice for payment of money can his relatives approach court for considering in December. what is duration of time obeying order pronounced
CASE STORY:
my brother married in march 2015 and left back for US in April 2015 . both are Hindus . Wife wanted her to be with him in US brother declined. on Nov 2015 she filed case as NULL and VOID and in petition said to recover expense of court from him a . Case was set in Nov, Feb, April, may and 3 July for counseling. As he left only 10 months back after marriage and on January 2015 only he got job in US find difficulty in getting leave. We arranged a advocate to inform court saying he is on US and requested court to give time till DEC for which it was turned down. Now he will appear only in Dec. He did not appear for counseling and was set as expartie evidence on 13 July. can he get expartie divorce .Any sort of compensation will be order to be paid as per court and can that be set aside till he come in December .
