My uncle has taken loan from bank on his agricultural land which he inherited from his father. Amount is 16lacs. He has taken loan in Dec 2014, but later in Feb 2015 he died. Patwari transferred his land to his wife and sons in equal share. But he doesn't not transferred loan to his wife and sons. In new jamabandi he still shows my name of uncle which is died now. Is it illegal that patwari has not shown loan in jambandi as wife and sons are liable to sold this land share without paying bank loan . What action we can take legally. Tell me pls

Sir, there was a ruling of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 2544 of 2010 in which it was stated that open to the sky parking area or stilted portion usable as parking space is not sellable independently or along with a flat. I shall be grateful if it is clarified that -
1. Whether this judgement is applicable in residential societies located in Maharashtra State only, and
2. In the approved lay out plan of any society, if some portion is shown as approved open car parking area after this judgement, can it be sold?
Sir,
In a matter of eviction suit filed by an landlord against a tenant who is an Eligible tenant as per Annexure-2 and the land belongs to MCGM also the tenant is paying monthly rent to MCGM please consider following points:
1) The landlord obtained permission from Dy. Collector Enc./Rem. to initiate eviction suit against the tenant which is mandatory as per section 22 of slum act.
2) However, The Dy. Collector has no right to issue permission as the land belongs to MCGM.
3) The tenant aggrieved by Dy. Collector's order preferred an appeal u/s 35 of Slum Act. the appeal is still pending before the Addl. Collector i.e. Appeallate authority.
4) But irrespective of the appeal the small cause trial court has passed order of eviction.
Please guide that how can the tenant restore his possession.
Regards
Arun

I have worked for 4 years and 9 months with a pvt ltd firm in Agra and at the time of joining they have not notify me that I have to give notice period at the time of leaving. And I left the job due to some family reasons. Now company management is saying that they will deduct my one month salary from the dues i have with company.
They dont have any legal/signed documents related to notice period. Please advise what i will do.

Hello Team,
What is Rts appeal. I am told to file rts appeal for change in ferfar.
Help please
Hi Sir/Madam,
My grandfather had purchased plot of 300 sq.yards, after grandfathers demise. My father and uncle wanted to divide the property, however leaving their are 4 aunts who are grandfathers legal daughters, as time went by. My uncle expired, leaving behind is wife and 2 children. His wife got Central Govt Service as my Uncle used to work for Central Govt for India, regarding their children one of them is civil eng and other HR in IT company.
Now, again I am taking initiative to distribute the property into 6 equal parts, including Aunts.Everyone has agreed to distribute the property into 6 equal parts which I am happy about it.But, when my GrandFather was their and even Uncle, my Father has paid more than anybodys share.Present situation, when I have told everybody that my father has paid more in the past and till present , because house was going away from our hands, none of them approach. Only my Father has saved this property. I told them that all Aunts will pay 18% after selling the House to my Father, all Aunts agreed. But, we do not need any share of amount from our Aunty, she will take her share and walk away.
Aunty who is my Uncles wife, even is married with another man. The Man whom she is married with he is already having 2 grown up children, this Man first wife filed cases against them, which we are not sure. Recently, when I looked online about the case detail of my Aunty and her second husband it is mentioned as
w/o..... my Unlce`s name is not their, because she married another person, but they were not able to approve it. Besides, leaving all these things Aunty is against to give any extra percent to my Father i.e. 18% and says she will not give it.But, the point is we are not taking any amount from Aunty.Hence, I thought that we will prepare 2 Bond papers
1) In one Bond Paper, we will make 6 equal parts and in
2) Other Bond Paper we will make all Aunts i.e Fathers Sisters will give 18% to my Father.
My question is
1) Do we need 2 Bonds, in which one will be equal parts and other will be all Aunts will pay to my Father of 18%
2) Or do we need just one Bond into just one.
