We have a property in Delhi under lease by LAnd DO.asper will eight legal hiers among that three are benifosheries,will dated 1978. Can the property can be transferred agsinst three benifishries. AS per expert Hon'ble Dr.JC Vashist, in sone other query, it can be transferred against the benifishiries.

when my friend was getting into the bus with his grandmother suddenly one police man came and pushed his grand mother and she had badly hurted when my friend was question police man that police man abused (mother fucker in kannada) then my friend slapped him and while slapping my friend was not knowing that man was police man and that police man was on casual dress and after 2days police man met my friend and threatening my friend and my friend is mentally ill now
this was happened Bangalore 11 agust 2016 and police man again threatened on 15 August 2016 please help

GPA was done by mother and minor son (mother signed on behalf of minor son) to a person in 1992.
in 2005 the minor son was expired.
Now the mother made a sale deed.
The GPA holder filed a case in civil court.
Whether the GPA is in live or not

Sir, My Grandfather (Has 8 children 5 M, 3 F)purchased a land in 1959 and original documents are misplaced. We, at present have only copy of those documents. My Late Uncle's wife sold the land illegally to a Visakhapatnam politician's concubine. Now, we have filed a partition suit in Visakha Court. Our Lawyer says Land original document is very much required to win the case. My query is what are other options for us to prove that land belongs to us only. Cann't we file a suit agaisnt Tehsildar, Sub Registrar, VRO etc who helped my Late Uncle's wife in illegal sale and registration??

My electricity department PVVNL Meerut is supplying very high voltage and that too with fluctutaions at 260 to 275 volts instead of 230V standard and declared voltage as per electr grid code and elctricity supply code.
I have complained form CM ofcie of UP to chairman to MD to chied engineer. Since last 8 momths this is going on. High voltage is not only dangerous but damaging equipmnt like UPS stabilisers and bulbs etc.
No body is botherd
What is action that can be taken now?
Civil or criminal.

Dear Sir,
i am in a senior position in corporate sector. However my appointment letter states min 3 years of service, otherwise I have to pay 1 year of CTC to company. THIS POINT was never informed to me when offer was made to join them, and I was surprised when I was made to sign this clause on the day of joining. A close friend has informed me that this clause is not legally tenable since it is not reciprocal. Can you please advice on the matter. The company has not allowed me to pursue higher studies, can I use this ground also to support my case for leaving them.

Certificates holded up by the employer
i worked as a teacher in one of the private colleges in Kerala.Due to the lack of professionalism and lag in getting salary i decided to resign.My appointment letter says i have to give 3 months notice.But already 2 months salary is pending from the employer.Now employer is asking for 1 month's salary inorder to get back my certificates submitted at the college.I wanted to know 2 things,
1.Is it legal to block my certificates at the college.
2. Will i be able to get my certificates legally without paying 1 month's salRY.,,,,,i have acknowledgement certificate given by the college in receipt of my certificates.
Plz help me...
