I have filed for divorce in 2014 but still the proceedings is going on. Please suggest with any mode or way or law or ground through which i can appeal for fast proceedings

I have filed for divorce in 2014, after that my wife has filed for maintenance and 1 time cost of litigation. on the judgement the court has ordered me Rs 3500 as monthly maintenance and Rs 35000 as 1 time cost of litigation. I have been paying the Rs 3500 as monthly maintenance and sometimes Rs 3500 sometimes Rs 2500 as part of cost of litigation. Now i need advice how could i get rid of this one time litigation cost. please suggest me with any law any judgements any ground. Because paying such amount from my monthly salary of 10500 is too much harsh for me to survive.

My Father has got a property Joint Family Big House partitioned.....
From Grand Parent to grand Children(including my Father) equally partitioned, done Registrations and given Hakku Patra in a Village of Karnataka.
Now My father can he sell this property without any problems.
Will he be needing permission to sell this property from me and my siblings.
Will this property become self acquired and sole owner since he has got it from grandparents. Please suggest me regarding this.

I have a house in my name purchased from my father's income. It was not purchased for me but due to some family problems registry was made in my name. Presently, no one reside in the said house. I am going to quit my home and want to give power of attorney to sale or possess this house to my father. How should I do it?

False complaint registered me on demanding 50percent of totel money by lawyer and complaint ye hai ki maine usse 175000 liye uski wife ki aided school naukri lagne ke liye. Jo ek galat 350000 by consumer court competition many 50% hai. Humse itni fees de se mana kar diya. False complaint registered kari hai in 420. Usne ACP DELHI false kahani jayar ki aided school naukri lagne ke liye hai. Please help

irst we filed on 8.2.2016 nd after 6 months ie.8.8.2016 we both appeared nd signed in the affidavit for proof of evidence.. the judge verified the proof nd the staff hearing on 6.9.2016 for orders.. what is meaning for this. in this period any one can file for withdrawal petition ah.. I want reply in detail please

Hi,
My friend sister husband filed divorce as soon as he got a govt job. My friend sister filed a Restitution in court. Meanwhile the husband has sent vulgar messages to his brother in law in mobile. The messages are very vulgar on his mother in law, brother in law wife, wife sister. A women harassment case was filed by the brother in law. The husband Anei Bail was rejected first but then he assured that he will live his wife. On that ground, high court granted him bail. But the husband and their relatives are threatening my friend family to accept divorce. AB order clearly says that he agreed to live with his wife. How can this AB order be used in cancelling the divorce case filed by husband and what can be the next way for my friend sister to proceed legally.

My query is that my father has bought a shop in chandini chowk on 5 lacs on pagdi in 1991. Now in the month of july my father expired. Now i want to run the shop and not accepting the rent. He is saying you cannot run the shop . Plus i want to know can i run the shop?? And also if i want to sell the shop what should i do??? Help for supreme court ruling on case of ipc 467/468/471/476/420/193/196/197/ 120b
For getting an Anticipatory Bail an original certificate is submitted in Court District Judge as a Annexure of the Petition.
Later the Same certificate becomes controversial due to Police department manipulation and the signatory authority is denning that I have issue the certificate.
For submitting of Forged Document Case is lodged under IPC 467/468/471/476/420/193/196/197/ 120B. and presently case is on court trial.
Fortunately, the submitted papers are destroyed under court regulation “ to destroy the old records”.
Now the opposite party is trying to conduct the case on Photo copy and prying to court for issuing authority who already denied in front of Police enquiry.
So, requesting to help me with the Supreme Court Decisions.
Any Judgment of the Supreme Court that No Court trial will be conducted on Photo Copy of controversial documents or in case of Original is not available, so no question of calling to the signing Authority as witness?
