After obtaining conveyence in favour our society,we applied for change of name in property card in favour our society in 05-05-2014.as our property falls under B-1
Catogory, noc is not been given. How to get the property card!

Better to contact personally to society office and obtain the list of the documents required for the change of the ownership. I think it don't require the services of the lawyer.
