Dear Friends,
Currently I’m doing 3 years LLB. I need expert advice on the below scenario / case.
I’m holding a Standard Chartered Bank credit and it was expired on 31-Jan-2015. I have requested the bank to send the renewed credit card to my residential address. As per the blue dart courier, my residential area comes under the non-coverage and courier agency taken the independent decision and tried to deliver to my office address (secondary address) on 9-Feb-2015.
Courier boy reached to my office despatch desk and checked my availability thru intercom and unable to reach to me thru office extension. Further, they haven’t made any attempt to deliver the courier and failed to call to mobile number. On 10-Feb-2015, they simply sent one SMS to my registered mobile and hold the courier till 18-Feb-2015 at their office and returned the card to the bank. As I was waited till 19-Feb-2015 at my residence and reached the courier office on 20-Feb-2015 and no proper responses were received.
Hence sent the legal notice thru lawyer and the courier agency replied the following:
1. Blue Dart strictly following the standard operating procedures (SOP) as per the agreement entered with Standard Chartered Bank.
2. The complainant is silent and he had not responded to SMS. Why?
3. The contract is made between SCB and Blue Dart agencies and no valid contract between Customer and courier agencies. Hence blue dart agency is not liable for any consequential special loss or damages.
I would request your valuable guidance on the mentioned points, which will help me to file a suit against the courier agency in consumer forum.

My query is that the new rule of TCS applicable w.e.f. 01-06-16 whether TCS applicable on single transaction exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- or aggregate of Rs.2,00,000/-during the financial year applicable.

My sister is married she's mother in law's is expired and in the high court suit is pending her mother in law's was filed a case against builder and others what is procedure to continue this case she's family and get a justice.

Dear Experts,
I need to clarify in the following situation :
a) A person who is Muslim, got divorced by Khulanama and such divorce between mutual understanding that too infront of Maulvi or Khazi or respected Muslim members.
b) Now, person got job in Dubai, who want to go join as early as possible, wanted to apply for VISA, with a return ticket cofirmation. Please note he is going to dubai on Visiting Visa basis, therefore he is going to incur all the expenses later same will reimibursed by the Employer.
c) Now, for that reason wanted to apply for VISA whether he can go there and join to job, if he goes then whether any enquiry of him will conducted by Employer to know his family back ground.
d) As he is divorcee, is it mandatory for him to disclose the fact of his wife's name should be removed from Passport? Or he can go their directly.
e) Is any there any problem if he goes to Dubai with existing passport, or if any enquiry comes from Dubai by his employer?
Please share your views and Advise, as person is in confusion.

I am seeking an early release from the company which has a 1 months notice period (I want to get relieved in 20 days and ready to buy out the remaining notice period). Reporting manager is not agreeing with it. What can I do in this situation? In the contract with employer one of the term is that they can terminate without assigning any reason by simply paying salary for due notice period on the same analogy can I pay them for the remaning my 10 days of notice period please help

Now we just have that emi,s receipts on name of my grand mother. My grand mother is passed away.
What i can do to take registration on my name.

The labour court granted reinstatement without back wages.Emoloyer complied with the order.Can workman file revision(under M.R.T.U. and P.U.L.P. Act)before Industrial court. Even after accepting the reinstatement.
