In consumer protection act there is no appeal form NCDRC order. But a window has been provided to file SLP in 90 days time to supreme court
But SLP is confined to matters of substantial constituional or human rights casue oer of punbli9c interst
Can a party file SLP as a matter of routine to continue litigaiton specially the servcie provider company? and not the consuemr
If the case does not fall in any of sections 4 to 24 of Limitationb act can superme court allow delay of 3 months over 3 months alreayd allowed in a simple consuemr case over riidng section 3 of limitation act?
Is SLP not abuse of law to perpetuate litigation by rich and powerful
Should SLP be allowed in special legslations like Consumer case where no matter of life and death, consituoion or public interst is involved . In fact public interst goes againstservcie providers.
Can any petitiner take plea that inter boffcial correspondnece caused the delay by vetting of issue by several offceirs at HO and branch.?
Can big orgainsaitons like Post offcie take please of delay without any disbaling conditions in enviornment like floods, war or such calamities?

Dear experts, my wife filed DV case on me and she gave written statement that she is not safe in my house. She gave false statement. We all family members trying to back her home from starting. But she denied all time. I want to take her back home. We have also one baby girl of 2 years. I want my child also but my wife not want to stay with us. In these circumstances if she not come back can I take custody of my child in future. Please suggest me what I should do if she refused to come back.

What does it mean "a discharge can be given without the concurrence of such person u/s 7 of limitation act1963...what was the intention of legistature by using the word DISCHARGE here? Please explain the meaning of discharge here

If a single case justify as rowdy sheeter...
Before one and half year one person file a fake case against to my father.the FIR is filed under IPC section 307.then the police officers booked rowdy sheeter on my father's name but after few months charge sheet was submitted as IPC section 326..that case also fake case.Can u tell the further activities.....can we fight against the officers in court......

Recently I got call letter for another central government job and I'm interested to join.
Shall give resignation without informing current organization and join in this or should I inform??

I had applied for this government job very long back but it took long time to conduct examination and sending interview call letter.
