Hello sir ,My father is name Ramesh Sharma in all educational document and my brother's document father name is Ramesh Singh
In the agriculture land document , my father name is Nandlal sharma which is not matching to my educational and other identity document like Aadhar ,PAN etc. .
My father holding all the document with the name of Nandlal sharma
Please suggest ,what should be done so that there is no issue related to any document in the future?

My name is Naresh from Andhra pradesh I have completed 10+2 regular course.
then 3 years degree in ambedkar open university.
Later I did LLB regular. But Andhra Pradesh Bar Council is not registering them.They say they will not enroll as it is an open degree. Please advise me.

I own a flat in Maharashtra and am not resident in the housing society due to frequent travel. The premises is rented out to a tenant who again uses the flat seldom.
I have requested the Committee members to provide email communications for bills raised/ to acknowledge receipts for payments made and communicate other important issues.
However a few errant members insists on delivering physical letters to a closed flat and refuse to use emails.
Is it binding on the committee to provide email communications as per the bye laws? and if so which Bye law addresses this

A, B, C, D executed a power of attorney in favor of F for their joint property. D died after the execution of power of attorney. A transfers his 1/4 share to his wife under a registered gift deed. B transfers her 1/4 share to her daughter under a registered gift deed. What is fate of said power of attorney deed.
