Respected Sir/ Madam
In the month of February 2016, i applied for loan against property to DHFL. On that time i was really in need to make payment for the property. When they knew i am needy, the bank asked me to deposit 3 EMIs in advance for security (20600 X 3). Also they enforeced Insurance policies for Rs 1.3 Lakhs one time premium amount. I had no option except saying yes on that time. They also took processing fees for that i am not worried about. But they took the processing fees in another way too. Just to sanction the loan. that was too painful.
Please let me know if any condition in future if i unable to pay the 3 EMIs, Is there any way to adjust my already deposited amount to DHFL?
I had raised this query to DHFL, they said NO the 3 advance EMIs would be given back at the time of closure. I have took a loan for 15 years, If i leave the money as per their policy. In 15 years the amount Rs 61890 would be around triple. But DHFL wont give me any benefit for that amount. They already charging 13% rate of interest for all the amount 15 Lakhs Plus 1.3 Lakhs for insurance included in loan forcibly.
Can any anyone guide and help me out?

Dear Sir,
We had been told by corporation to get the succession certificate from court if we have to add name of mother as per their requirement.
For getting succession certifcate do we need to pay stamp duty also?
My father in his will gave property on my mothers name. still do we have to pay stamp duty to get succession certificate on my mothers name.
Pls advise

Dear sir,
Hope you are fine. Sir i had recieved 13(2) notice 2months back. Than i requested to bank not to further as dispute with my supplier of kitchen chimneys is about to sorted out.
But BM did his job served 13(4) notice and symbolic possesion, there after i had to compromise with the company on thier terms as i was in pressure of bank.
But as i mailed ro office and gm office kindly regularise my account and waive of any charges but they are refusing and i am ready to give amount over the limit.
And pls guide what is the procedure to regularise the account as no one is giving us in written about regularisation of account.?

Dear Sir,
In my DV Case court order to my husband paid interim maintain but last one year he not paid signal money to me. last week court order to issued District Warrant to my husband.
1. What is district warrant : can police arrest him .
2. Now my husband is out of India, then how to serve this warrant to him.
3. What is procedure after district warrant .. ?
4. After How many days we receive this warrant copy... still Judger steno ( assistant ) not type the order ...
Please help me.

The subject property is re alloted to Gaurav and Ashish divided into half(both son of Jagmohan), then Aashish did GPA in name of his brother Gaurav. The details before this reallotment are fine and unobjectionable.
But the conveyance deed says in favour of "Gaurav Jain s/o Jagmohan (GPA of Ashish)". So as of my observation/knowledge, I think it must also contain the name of Gaurav as Self also(as Gaurav also owns half of the property).
This property came to us for Mortgage purpose and is authority property.
Please help.

Please some one can suggest how to get my advance amount paid.
I have paid Rs. 100000 through cheque for a flat as advance and no receipt was taken. Owners didn't showed me any documents related to property and they said those are in bank and will show you soon. I asked about the age of the building and they said app 3 or 4 years old. After 10 days they called me to see the documents which they got from bank, to my surprise that building is 8 years old as per the documents. That evening discussed with wife and decided not to buy that old flat and informed them we are not interested. After 3 days I have asked the owners to refund my advance, they say it's non refundable and not responding to our calls. We paid through cheque and no agreement or receipts made. Pls suggest can we get our money back?
