Dear Experts,Self & Wife are purchasing a Flat as co-owners with equal share and as co-borrowers of bank loan. Should there be any specific wordings in the sale deed which will ensure Joint Tenancy and Survivorship for us with out any doubts ? Or simply mentioning our names as buyer 1. and buyer 2. is good enough ?

We are a society of 100 blocks in few sub plot of Main plotting of a single survey no of N. A. land.
Our builder/developer is a politician. He has get approval of lay out plan for main plots from Municipal Corporation, and as per lay out plan the comman plots are shown for many societies on same survey number.
Recently we have come to know that our comman plots are shown as reservation for garden, in draft T. P.scheme.
Secondly, one of the common plot is occupied and he is not allowing entry of any plot holder in this common plot.
Can we file a civil suit for comman plot ownership?
Can anybody give the common plot as reservation to T. P.?
Isn't this a clear case of cheating?
Pls advise....
