Hello Sir,
I want to know the meaning, what is the meaning of "provide maintenance from the date of filing petition?" Should I pay her 7500 per month since Oct 2015, in total 75000 till today? I got judgement on 12 July, so just confirming.

a suit filed by a person. the plaintiffs father occupied the property and due to his inconvinience he regiseterd the property to his minor sons. after attaining majority the minor sons filed the suit against the defendants by claiming the title by adverse possession. what are the consequences without joining the plaintiffs father on this suit. please advise me and my query is it possible to file a suit on the basis of adverse possession by the children instead of their father when he alive?

Dear sir I file a complaint to the consumer forum but by mistake nameof the rrespondent is type Navyug Mobile instead of Newyug Mobile this error I come to know whenrespondent file his written statement address is samenonly name by mistake written wrongbin main complaint. Now what should I do?

A Muslim father dies leaving behind 5 children, 2 daughters from his first marriage and 2 sons and a daughter from his second marriage. First wife is divorced. His will is not traceable. What would be the share of inheritance for the children from the first and second wife if there is no will. Can he make a will to deny his property to the children from first wife and give all the property to the second wife and his children? Can that will be questioned for its authenticity and legality. One of my friends joined Indian army in 2004.He left the job in 2008.He came home on leave and did not return his unit.Later he sent his resignation letter and army Id-card by registered post.In that time police came to his house once for enquiry.Thence there is no further enquiry neither from police nor from his unit so far.Now in 2016 he cleared the mains of west bengal civil service exam and faced the interview successfully.He is sure to get an appointment.will there be any problem regarding police verification due to his previous army job?

Hello i was physically verbally & financially abused by my husband & although i wished for a peaceful separation i was forced to file a DV case (498a) on my husband since he refused an MCD. I wish to know the process of contested Divorcd under cruelty grounds. What happens if my husband has relocated to an unknown place/country and only his parents are residing at his permanent address now? Will he be forced to respond or can they ignore the summons sent at his permanent residence address?

Distribution of property
Muslim Parent wants to distribute properties not among sons but their wives where as the elder son is staying separately with his second wife with out leaving first wife. My query is - - Can the elder son put objection to the property distribution? Or how can the property be transferred to both daughter in laws?
