Sir , the shop inspector , ( labour inspector ) has issued the licence to a person , who is not my TENANT , . I informed the inspector for the wrong full got done . But no action is being taken by the inspector on question .
Kindly guide , what to do . As wrong man would exploit me .

Hello All, there was withdrawal of 25000 from my account through ATM. As I got the withdrawal messages I called the emergency number of Federal bank and tried to stop the transaction but till the executive came on line the money was deducted in 3 transactions 10000,10000 and 5000. Now when next morning I went to bank and told them that when the card is with me and I have not withdrawn the money, they say I must have shared my pin or u r card is cloned ...they said they will not be responsible for this the police will the matter.. I have raised a complaint in police station to but its been 5 days now no action is taken.... Please suggest what further actions should I take. N is the bank responsible for this theft?

Sir Am defaulter t the bank I didn't paid loan and not responded t notice. Now am in posession. Bank sold in e auction buyer paid full amount and bank took dc (dm) order to vacate me from posession taking local police help. Now what remedy I have where can I get stay for dc order. Shall I file civil suit.

One of my Brother-in-law joined as Civil Municif in Judicial, few years before. I would like to obtain list of properties declared at the time of his joining.

My grandmother have a flat in sra after she died the flat allotment letrwr was given in my uncle name as when the agreemnt has made it was in grandmother and uncle name..now uncle has also died ...so want to knw the building has just completed 10 years... so as the builder told as the building will get register aftr 10 years of complete so what will be the stamp duty and registration fee...and ia der will be proper stamp duty or registration or not...becz society chairman n secretary told there will beno stamp duty n registration is it true or not please help me

what is the sale limit in U.P Sales Tax Law, a registered dealer sale to unregistered person or any other person who is not a dealer in one days or year basis to show the sale in books of accounts. whether registered dealer sale to any person who is not a dealer Rs. 10 lacs and no amount charged in mid of the sale during the year.

Dear sir/ madam
My elder brother who died in 2014 due to medical reason and his wife was living separately before his death.
Now she demanding all of her personal belongings(gold jewellery etc).
We are trying to settle the dispute out of court.
Pls suggest me, how can we processed such dispute between both the family so that in future they can't claim again such belongings.
Whether we can conclude such settlement on any paper ( stamp paper) or make the video of such settlement.
