I have a land which we are cultivating from four generations in jamabandi from 1907-1908. And in jamabandi we are kastkar as gair marusi bila lagan bawaja kabja and in ownership column shamlat deh is shown from 1907-08 till 1955-56. And after that in ownership column civil panchayat is showna and we are shown as gair marusi bila lagan bawaja kabja derina. But after 2005-06 in jamabandi owner is civil panchayat and in kastkar column khudkast is shown but on in reality we are cultivating the land till now.
So I want to ask that can we claim for ownership of this land.

I am currently working as Group C employee(IT field) in Department of Posts,India.I've just appeared in an interview for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator Grade B in Ministry of Defence.My office,after much persuasion,issued me the required N.O.C for appearing at the interview.My interview has been good and I'm expecting a call. Now, I want to know:
Can my office prevent me from joining even after issuing N.O.C for the interview if I'm selected?
If my office agrees to relieve me, can I tender Technical Resignation or LIEN? What are the rules for Technical Resignation or LIEN for moving to a Central Department from Department of Posts,India?
Please guide.Thanks.

Hello,
My mother has four sisters and one brother (i.e. my four massis and one Mama). My mama is married for last 26 yrs.
My youngest massi is 55 yrs of age and a doctor in a govt college in delhi. her salary is very good. youngest massi is single and has not married. She stays with my mamma' house. Our grandfather also put a property in my youngest massi's name which she gave it to my mamma on the condition that she will get one floor to live but she never got it.
my youngest massi also has been giving my mamma at least one lac a month from her salary(my mama has good rental income from other properties too)
issue is that my youngest massi stays with my in a garage turned accomodation since last 12 yrs. my mama has a big house but this small portion has been given to her.
in past, whenever she has resisted to give her monthly salary, my mama/mammi has threatened her that they will involve other family members in false cases. she gets nervous and starts giving money. in fact they registered a false accident case in police station against one of my cousin (my 2nd massi's son)
Now she says she has enough and she has refused to give the money she has been giving for last 10 yrs. She has now shifted to another rented accomodation in delhi.
now my mammi called my mother and started blaming my mother that we have brainwashed her mind to not give money. my mother is suprised by this accusation which is totally false. it is around two months back this accusation was made. Now i have started getting letters
from my mama's son who is a lawyer (with 2-3 yrs experience ). I have not taken the delivery of those letters and I do not know what is in them.
But iam very sure that my mama/mami are upto something fishy to put some false case this time on me to put pressue on my yougest Dr massi to again start giving money.
my mammi is from Bihar and is of a Dabaang nature which is the cause of concern.
my youngest massi is a bit of a nervous perosanlity and she is occupied with her job which is demanding (teaching MBBS students ) and she is afriad of going to police.
my youngest massi is aware of the current situation and she has still not gone to police to lodge a complaint.
what should my mother do to protect me from a false (sending letters in my name means something is fishy ) case
1) Should my mother meet a lawyer and send a notice on lawyers letterhead to mamma/maami as to why my mother is unnceesarily being blamed in this episode (remember some yrs back it was another mammsi who was accused )
2) should my mother go to police station and lodge a complaint against mamma/mammi saying that they are uncessarry accusing her. if yes, then this would mean that police will call my mamma/maami and this may make them more aggressive.
3) My mother also wants to complain against my youngest massi for not standing upto her rights since many yrs and putting family members in trouble.
they are used to getting free money and I do not think so they will let it go like this ?

Respected sir/madam,
I am living in SRA Co operative housing society. In our AGM resolution about increase in maintenance charges are put and also pass from Rs 500 to 650 but some people are not agree to pay increase amount of Rs 150 extra so how can convince to society chairman and other person. To reduce amount.
sir please guide how to request to society chairman.to reduce in maintenance charges.

Hi , we had setup a private limited company in 2012 in Hyderabad and was doing business till 2015 and then we incurred heavy losses , to run some projects we had taken an unsecured loan from outside person who is related to managing director , now the company is in losses and the managing director is pressurizing me to accept his resignation and threatening me . The other director is relative of him and he is getting his resignation accepted by him . What are the actions that can be taken and what are the consequences of the the unsecured loan that has been taken , will I be responsible as director and would everything come up on me for the money to be repaid . Please help me out of this situation

Can Sarfaesi action be initiated by a bank even a civil suit is pending since 2010. Bank initiated sarfarsi action in 2012. Is this action valid as per law?

My friend 1s temporarily running a temple which was constructed under the land belonging to Electricity board.This temple was constructed 15 yrs back and he is running the temple with 4 of his friends . Electricity board does not object to the temple activities inside their campus which was built with public funds.
Now all of them want to float a trust for the purpose of running the temple as the land may not be transferred in the name of any of them running the temple.Running of the temple is being unofficially done and the temple has become of late quite popular among the public.
Is it possible to form a trust with a sold aim of running the temple without prejuidice to the Electricity Board's rights to take back the land as the temple was constructed by the public.
The sole aim of the the trust so formed will be to run the temple legally and in the process collect donations legally and account for it for the development of the temple and its activities.Now they are doing it in a small way unofficially with the help of funds from the public.
How to form a trust and the formalities and detailed guidelines in this regard may be advised

My name is Balwinder singh.I am from Punjab.My parents are expired.Actually my Father's name in sevice department and in bank account is Charn das and in my school documents and in my every identities my father's name is Charn singh.Problems coming in fund transfer.In death certificate my father's name charn singh.Problem is if i change my father's name in death certificate as charn das then i can't proof that he is my father.If i continues with charn singh then i can't proof in bank that he has expired because in bank account the name is my father is Charn das.Please help me and solve my problem....... Sir,
I have cleared an employment exam of Survey of India in the year 2015. But, after interview in final selection list they have added a name where his name was not shortlisted for interview. Subsequently, I went through RTI but in final, I am not getting what action I need to take, as I am week by financially I didn't decided that whether I should file a case or not.
Kindly find attached RTI replies from the department for my queries and suggest me the right path sir please.
