Sir,
I am member of Lawyers club of India, Sir, if you advise us on below query it will be helpful to us;
Myself T Ramraj belong to Tamil Nadu. We are farmers and belong to SC Community. Near to our agricultural land, neighbor is interested to sale agricultural DC land of 2.2 acre to us, he also belong to SC community. Can we buy and registrar the agricultural dc land. Recently we heard DC land should not be registered. Please clarify

Dear Experts,
I have cultivated paddy on my joint property land,my brother filed a partition suit on the said land and case is in progress in the court,passbook and title dead is on my name only for that land, now my brother harvested that paddy crop suddenly, can i take any criminal action in this case?

Hi,
I need to approach Consumer Court for settlement of some dispute.
But before I hire legal services I need some advice.
A private institution affiliated with National Law University had asked me to provide it with my address so that they can send me my certificate.I failed to provide them the address in time.Now they are not responding to my queries.
Can I approach Consumer Court for settlement of this issue ?
Secondly how to decide jurisdiction of dispute ? NLU is situated outside Delhi.
Though the Private Institute is situated in Delhi.

We have an employee who has absconded with money of our company that has a unit in Nainital about a month back.
Now our local admin person had gone ahead and registered a FIR against this said employee with a Patwari stating it is possible to register a FIR against a person with a patwari under Pahadi Law.
My question is:
a)Is there any thing like Pahadi law
b)If so can a FIR be registered under Pahadi law with a Patwari.
c)Can a patwari issue an arrest warrant or begin investigations for such a FIR on his own or direct it to the state police.
Also this employee who committed a fraud is a resident of Delhi and is living with his parents in Delhi.
Now can the company file a fresh FIR against this person in a Delhi police station since my company's registered address is of Delhi.
Please guide us.

Can this platform provide me an advocate who practices in DRT Mumbai & who takes affordable fees? Besides this who has his office or resident in Mumbai.Actually I have a small matter in DRT III, but when I enquired about the fees of the Advocates, They are taking very big amount as their fees which is very hard to afford.

My 498a is running in merta rajasthan.i am from surat having a 12 years of male child who is in custody of mother right now.he resides 8 years with me in surat,his mom got custody with the help of surat police and she took him with her to rajasthan during his running school.can i put child custody case in surat? Is this possible that atleast i want visitation rights of my child.

pls tell me the procedure of stay order on family property
if i am the youngest brother in my family and my father had transfer his property in my name and my other bother gave the consent affidadavit for the same and also give noc certificate. and now they want to issue the saty order on the said property is they have any right regarding for the same
what should i do if they got the stay order from the court.?

When my father bought our house, it was outside the Nagar nigam limits. After formation of the state of Uttarakhand, it came under Nagar nigam. My father expired few years back, now for transferring the ownership when we got the latest khasra, our land is shown as abadi.
Is it ok to go for registering of property, so that in future we can sell it or use it for obtaining a bank loan.

Respected experts,
My wife lodged a fake complaint of498/406/506/34 IPC but in investegation it was dismissed by top authority of police.
After that my wife started trouble us by complaining to police repeatedly and everytime police closes the application by telling it is fake.
Now many times she has done that thing and by this we all have mently harrased now my mother wants to file a case of mentaly harasment on my wife so is it applicable??
