Dr. Dev and dr. Vinay were married in 2007. They have 1 kid together. Before marriage vinay's father wrote a letter to dev's father telling him that due to some health issues vinay suffered mental illness but was fine after her treatment in apollo mental hospital and that this could be enquired about from the hospital itself. Dev's parenta enquired about the same from dr. Sanjeev from the hospital and their marriage was fixed. In 2009 dev and vinay went to a wedding in delhi where dev met mr. Akshay, a psychiatrist who enquired about vinays behaviour bh saying that he wanted to diagnose her and also write a progressive report. He also wanted some sittings with her. On asking she refused. Dev went back to his hometown and after some days vinay went to her parents home. Dev didnt contact her. Vinay tried to contact him but that was of no use. Vinay alleged that dev was trying to trap her by saying tgat she is mentally unsound. In 2010 dev filed a petetion for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty and fraud. I need arguements from vinay's side. Thanks.
need to frame issues as well as arguements from vinay's side. Of what i have thought is:
1. Whether the plea of the petetioner againts the respondent of mental cruelty is maintainable?
2 . Whether the plea of the petetioner against the respondent on grounds of fraud maintable?
3. Whether the petetion for granting of divorce liable to be set aside?
4. Whether the petetioner did wrong towards the respondent and actually tried to frame her?
Additional information: that i forgot to mention was that when they got separated after attending the marriage vinays father recieved a letter from a relative stating tgat i am very happy that all the relatives are laughing at u and ur daughter. I know ur son in law very well.

Dear sir,
I gave some blank stamp papers and blank cheque (all were signed by me)to a person for a financial deal.this was done 15 years ago.deal ended thru other person but I didn't get back those blank papers.after 15years(now),can this person use this papers against me to get more money.is three limitations?will it affect my property?

Hi, I have a agriculture land with multiple 7/12 in Raigad, want to know if it can be amalgamated into One 7/12 and can be converted into N.A.. If yes then which type of N.A can be done.. Farmhouse Or residential?
Please help me with procedure of amalgamation..

Tamilnadu government have announced various schemes for women especially one of them is Dr. Muthulakshmi reddy intercaste marriage benefits scheme. I want to know if the groom is belongs to SC Hindu and bride is belongs to BC Vaaniya (Christian), whether they will be eligible for applying Intercaste benefits scheme after marriage.
Because one case i knew that an application submitted by applicants got rejected saying that this scheme is only for hindu couples not for either one belongs to christian.
Can you give me clear statement what indian law (or) tamilnadu government says about it...

The leakage is from my wc to down floor flat wc. The leakage is present from 1996 before I take possession. I am not making any changes in flat. So who will bear the charges for repairing. BMC is harassing me for repairing. And what percentage i want to share for repairing.

I became the victim of Vedic Jyotish santha-Ayodhya UP which collected around Rs. 12000/- from me by telling some pooja has to be made as there is marriage related problem in my kundli. Believing such things, now i am regreting for it, Can any body suggest me how to get my money back as i am residing in Karnataka its not possible for me to lodge complaint by visiting there place, i found some of the mail ids of Faizabad UP and sent complaint for further action.
Believing any one now days, has prooved it again that there is no place for such emotional things infront of Money. Naa baap naa mayya ....but only SABSEE BADAA RUPAAIYAA.....and they can do anything for money in the name of Spirituality, devotion and belief.
Please suggest. My request to my UP lawyers to provide concerned area ie. Faziabad SP's mail id to bring his notice.
After going through it, i found many people like me have become scapegoat of it.

I have a commercial property which has 8 small rooms. The sanctioned load is 3KW and MDI is 4KW.
Recently, my tenents have demanded to increase this electricity load therby to instal Air conditioners.
One of them also said that the landlord is liable to provide A.C as it is a basic necessity.
Is it so?
Please help.
