GOOD DAY HON'BLE JURY,
MY CLIENT HAD FILED A CASE IN DRT U/S 17 OF SARFAESI ACT against the financial institution challenging the demand notice as the institution has not given the statement the account as to how my client has to give the amount, the drt has not given an opportunity to my client instead passed the order to pay rs.5 lakhs and clear the balance within 2 months for which a wp was filed in the high court saying that my client wants to close the HL A/c to let him know the total amount to be paid for which several written communications were sent still no reply from the institution. the high court had sent a notice for them to appear. since 3 months the matter is pending in the high court, can they take the position of the property when the tenant is staying. kindly advice what to do? tks MJ

Legal heirship certificate

I want legal heirship certificate for transfer of my mother's property held in Karnataka, on my name. Me and my brother/sister are staying in Mumbai since childhood. My father expired in 1978. Ration card is on my mother's name with our name endorsed in it. Can you help me out in obtaining the legal heirship certificate.

Brief background: my brother got married( love) to lady with support of her parent that my parents are unknow abt it. On august 9 ,2016,she committed sucide and their parent filed FIR under 304B and 497A...my brother has been arresed and sent jail now. Now we r trying for bail...Suggestion pl.

Can builder charge service tax on one time 2yrs advance maintenance charges

Dear Sir,
Our Builder has given possession of flat. But he demanded 2 yrs advance maintenance charges with service tax@15%. He has not provided OC & drinking water yet. He is providing borewell water & bisleri can.
Is it liable to pay ST on the said maintenance charges? and can I pay maint.charges immediately?
Pl advice me.

Issuing shop licence , with out verifying the true fact efff

Sir , the shop inspector , ( labour inspector ) has issued the licence to a person , who is not my TENANT , . I informed the inspector for the wrong full got done . But no action is being taken by the inspector on question .
Kindly guide , what to do . As wrong man would exploit me .

Unauthorized Withdrawal of money

Hello All, there was withdrawal of 25000 from my account through ATM. As I got the withdrawal messages I called the emergency number of Federal bank and tried to stop the transaction but till the executive came on line the money was deducted in 3 transactions 10000,10000 and 5000. Now when next morning I went to bank and told them that when the card is with me and I have not withdrawn the money, they say I must have shared my pin or u r card is cloned ...they said they will not be responsible for this the police will the matter.. I have raised a complaint in police station to but its been 5 days now no action is taken.... Please suggest what further actions should I take. N is the bank responsible for this theft?

Sir Am defaulter t the bank I didn't paid loan and not responded t notice. Now am in posession. Bank sold in e auction buyer paid full amount and bank took dc (dm) order to vacate me from posession taking local police help. Now what remedy I have where can I get stay for dc order. Shall I file civil suit.

Identifying properties declared at the time of joining as magistrate (civil municif)

Hello Sir/Madam,

One of my Brother-in-law joined as Civil Municif in Judicial, few years before. I would like to obtain list of properties declared at the time of his joining.

Can you please suggest / guide me on how do I go about? Appreciate any help in this regard.
