I have taken admission in Gujarat University in LLBA on the basis of MBA with 56% because I have below 45% in graduation level.
Now as per Gujarat University LLB manual eligibility criteria is “ The candidates having below 45 % at the Graduation Level Examination (Qualifying Examination) but having 45 % or more than 45 % at the Post Graduation Level is eligible to take admission in Three Years’ LL.B. Program
After taking admission college send my all documents to Gujarat University and university has reject my documents with the reason that we consider post graduation percentage in the case if you have below in graduation only in like degree as B.Com then M.Com / B.sc then M.sc but not B.Com and then M.B.A. even he is saying MBA and B.Ed degree not consider in post graduate degree.
Please advice for my further action.

Dear experts, in my earlier query I disscuesd about my friends health regarding utarus and surgicl vegina (M RK H). But husband took advantage of her health and raised an allegation that marriage was never consumated but actually consumated, they were happy for 2yrs, can we use pics in which they were very much happy with their marriage even they celebrated each other's birthdays and their marriage aniversary pics and some outing pics as evidence for their happy life together. If marriage was not consumated and if husband was not happy with the sexual life then how they both lived like that.
Any how medically it can be proved, but before that what evidence can we present to the court to prove that he was happy with the marriage. How effective these pics can support. Please advice

Respected lawyers/Experts,
I am a resident of Amravati district,Maharashtra. I have build-up a house on a plot and got new electricity connection in the house. Now due to some problems I want to sell the same, so please advise me how to transfer electricity connection at the time of selling the house. Whether the details of connection and meter readings can be mentioned in the sale dead or a separate dead is to be prepared or some other procedure is there.

i was terminated four months ago from services Postal assistant but now i have got interim order at CAT banglore bench on court dtd 01-09-2016 but till today i have not got any orders from department to join,as i have requested through them letter, department told me to wait for their orders they havent received the order copy from their legal cell,
so what should i do ?
will my service will be counted from the court interim order date ?

Dear sir,
My brother had applied for education loan on line for computer science and engineering with 89% marks and college allotment through entrance exam with excellent merit rank he got approval in principle for rs 330000 and he was suppose to submit his document for sanction of money in the nearest branch
He went multiple times to the bank but the loan officer neglects to receive the documents
My brother complained to the toll free number of SBI and the complain was registered for resolution following which he got SMS from chief manager of the bank who gave assurance for the problem and adviced him to meet the loan officer with his reference
My brother went multiple times to the officer but he was avoiding from one day to another
My brother went to the chief manager who directed loan officer to look at the documents
The loan officer verified the documents and had no objection regarding the same and assured my brother sanction of loan but with terms and condition of his own
The loan officer directed my brother to make insurance of rs 300000 from his end and keep the insurance policy as security along with FD of 100000
The loan officer stated that tuition fee would be provided to my brother but hostel fee,computer,books,other expenses had to be manage by himself
It is pertinent to mention hostel fee is only rs 70000
Now my brother being unsatisfied went to the SBI branch and gave his application with all his documents and requested bank to give written explanation regarding any documents or securities required for sanction of education loan but the loan officer is not accepting the application and documents sir how should we submit the documents to the bank when they are not ready to accept it
Further most important terms and condition of sbi clearly.states no collateral security below 4 lakhs and also clearly mention hostel , computer books and other expenses would be provided through education loan sir how to proceed further regarding same

Hi there, i have 3nov1994 DOB in birth certificate and after this all of my documents are filled as 31july1994 . As i can't change in every documents so please give me a accurate advice how may i change my DOB in birth certificate because i am not able to apply for my passport without it. The most important thing the advice should be applied for every city .

I want my seller to settle the sale consideration of Rs. 41 Lacs through "RTGS". before registration in Tamilnadu.My Bank is Canara. Apart from providing beneficiary name, account no, branch name, IFCR Code, any precaution I should take? Is there any chance of Fraud?

Hi.. I was selected for the post of asst professor in health department 1.5 years back. There was a court case related to the recruitment which has been cleared now. I am currently 4 months pregnant. Will that cause any problems as I need to join by this month end?

i am defendant in civil suit and the stage is Cross of PW1 is completed and after my evidence my (DW1)cross partly pending, now as PW1 also agree in his cross that notice not served to file present suit which was also covered in my Written statement then if now i file petition under Order 14 rule 5 r/w 151 of cpc OR 9A then it will be consider by court for framing of Issues ?
pls guide urgently
