Dear Experts,
An Institution is constructing a building encroaching upon the open space of government land given for government residential scheme (Hudco). Municipality has passed the construction plan and gave the permission for this construction. But because of complaint of some citizens and the order of higher authorities, the municipality was forced to give the notice of demolition to that institution. Meantime the said institution filed a civil suit for injunction against municipality which was collusive (The chairman of the Instituion is also the leader of ruling party in municipality. It was done so to avoid the action against the construction. Municipality did not give reply to interim injuncion application so the injunction was granted in favour of the institution. Now my question is whether those citizens can ask to join themselves in that suit ? The said citizens have documents to show that there is clear encroachment in the open space of govt. land alloted for Hudco scheme.

yesterday i went to a stationary shop for purchasing a book, when i asked the price for that book he told me Rs.150/- which was 50/- ruppes above from the MRP, when i asked him MRP is 100/- rupees why he is charging 50/- extra he said the price is fix , buy it if you want otherwise forget it, further i politely asked him will he give me the bill, i asked him he can give me atleast MRP price bill he said he don't give bill to their consumers.
i want to complain that shoopkeer
can you please provide me any phone number or any address where i can file the complaint against that shoopker
However i do not have any evidence against him but i am sure he do not have any trade licence and he is not maintaining any account book

i renewed my passport in 2009 after the submission of documents and during police verification there was an altercation between my friends . fir was lodged and i was also one of the acccused . in 2 weeks there was a compromise between both parties and the fir was dismissed by adcp jalandhar . now during all this scene my passport was being verified and i got the passport physically in my hand . after i got my passport after a month or so passport office sends me a letter that i had a pending fir against me which i didnt disclosed and i was asked to respond my version to rpo jalandhar . when i went to meet him i told him the scenario to which he said its ok if your case been compromised and i took my passport back with me . now the present scenario , i wanted to get my wife name on my passport so applied for reissue in 2015 . all the things where going smoothly during processing till the girl who was processing my documents sees something on computer and goes to apo and then he comes and tells me that your police report was adverse in 2009 so we are impounding your passport . when i told him about my case he says bring the compromise which both parties had signed upon now the thing is i dont have any compromise copy and my friend whose dad facilitated the whole compromise deed is now migrated to usa with their family and he also is unsure that he has the document after so many years . please advice me what to do and how to get my passport back would be really appreciated thank you

Sir I made payment to one upender of Rs 20000/- through two cheques of 10000/- each without crossing the same of different banks and upender gave these cheques to one Abhishek for encashment on his behalf and both banks encased these cheques by getting the sign of Abhishek on the back of cheques.But One bank while entering the transaction in passbook of me has showed payment made to Upender and another bank showed that payment was made to Abhishek.Now wheather the two banks adopted right procedure or as per rules what is the right procedure ?

Marriage disputes
My sister married to a army officer in 2009.It was an arrange marriage.All was well till the birth of their first child but after the birth her husbsnd started issuing with her, complaining on small issues becomd his nature, he started asking divorce from her and started comparring her with other ladies and started living in separate room one night he beaten her up and through her out of the house with small kid, after thr interferance of elders and his seniors they again started live together but again her husband started the same thing, one day my sister found out that he has registered himself on matrimonial sites and dating sites, after that he has started taking to other girls in front of her when she object he again physically abused her but this time he did it publically. Now she has left his govt accomoation and come to our parents place...Please suggest us what action we can take against him. And please tell us the max time of period till then we can take action against him
