An agriculture land was purchased in 7 parts with the name of different family member.now the family wants to first transfer the land to father and then father will make registered vasiyat according to his choice.what are the legalities involved?

Wife demands Huge amount , already done forged documents , and making threaten calls that if u not fulfil demands, I will send a Kid to other country.
This is not a educational or created query.
Yet case is not file on the same from both side. But what is a remedy to such wife. If yes what type punishment can be given . Laws are equal to both sex.

Dear Experts,
I was working with an IT Company (Emkor Solution Limited from March 20, 2013 to December 04, 2015. The company has given me a letter stating your full and final settlement will be done in next 90-120 days. However, not done yet. There is three month salary, yearly bonus (already announced and letter received), Leave Balances encasement, and bond amount (which was due on february 2015 and TDS has been deducted but amount is partially paid).
The PF amount was deducted from my salary every month but not deposited to authority post 20-04-2015 (Accounts updated upto 31-03-2015)-EPFO".
I tried to approach the employer (Emkor Solution Limited) including MD & CEO - Mr. Vikaram Dham through various mode. However, did not receive even a single revert.
Please suggest the way forward to get my full and final settlement done.

Sir I'm complainant in 156 (3) and Ordr pass to Register FIR, FIR registered and police start investigation also send 41B but accused not present even notice served so what further procedure require to adopt by police, pls guide what I can do and what my role.

my father has written a Will and registered. but the person who challenged the will bribed the witness and got a favourable judgement from both lowercourt as well as highcourt. I received the judgement recently from tamilnadu highcourt. if I go to supreme court will my father's Will get a stand. I have a decree by the tamilnadu highcourt which my father has quoted in the registered will predicting that it would be challenged. kindly advice me.

Facts-
a) Both of the parties want to enter into rent agreement.
b) Both reside in Gujarat.
c) Subject matter of contract i.e. property lies in Rajasthan.
Query-
a) Can the Contract be done on the stamp paper of Gujarat?
b) If it can not be in Gujarat, whether any exception lies to execute the same at Gujarat.

Dear sir, I need suggestion..
I purchased a land which is 940 sqft actual size , whereas in sale deed mentioned as 1000 sqft ...
1) Do I need to rectification
2) how much will it cost
3) will paper value go down
I don't want to get into issues in future...

I have question on Jain minority status in several states like Maharashtra and madyapradesh ie before 2014 Jain minority status issue in supreme court even though 11 states declared minority to Jain how is is possible ?
