Hi Sir/Madam,
I am 43 years old divorcee,I have one sibling he got settled in USA,and he developed My fathers property.My father expired in 1984 in road accident,can I claim My fathers property(House),after My fathers Death My Mother received My fathers property from My grand parents,that property she sold and with that Money she raised us Both (Daughter & Son) being in the House which My father purchased on his own earnings and that house she registered it on her Name in the year of 1986 from the Seller Name to My Moms Name,because My father died before the registration of the house.My Fathers Death was unpredictable one and he never wrote any will,My Mom has done Gift Deed/ registered that House on My Brothers Name for his Higher education Loan in the year of 1998. In the year of 1997 Feb I got Married My Mom spent Rs.3 lakhs(which was gift from My Maternal Uncle).same house developed by My Brother in the year of 2006,Now I have 2 Kids whom I should raise them on My own,My Ex-Husband was worst & waste Guy who didn't give Alumni nor took part in bearing study expenses of My children.Now I am in helpless condition so,I would like to know can I claim My share from My Fathers Property(House), I want to take this step because even My brother & Mother left us as an orphans,My brother & Moms knew that My Ex-husband had affair with female since My marriage life 1st year My husband had affair with female and used to tortured Me a lot I bored everything calmly for 17 years for My children sake but I was observed that My children was Psychologically effected and they went to fear and they used close themselves in a room,at-least to protect My children I agreed for all the terms & conditions and signed blindly on the Divorce Notice which prepared by My crooked husband who was also a Lawyer by profession in the year of 2015,he didn't return the Dowry,Gold,nor Alumni,Nor for Children Education.Request you to give Me a right Guidance to claim My right.

I was married to on 14 dec 2015 . Girl family was against our marriaga my wife and me Filled a pitition Against her father and Family member and after some days Every thing get solved on 2 july my wife went to her parental home and lodge fir against her me and my family in which they claim they have give 15 lakh cash and Jwelry Worth 5 lakh. And present and the same fir in high court. On evidence Is given in support. In Mediation i asked to my wife and to come to back she didn't Reply . not coming in Mediation . If Fir is proved Fake. Then i can go for case against it my fil for giving false Evidence (Fir ) in court.??
What is the time the limit to fill Purjury case?

My father and mother have names in one single SRA scheme.
Mother's name put by committee member as my brothers age not supported.
At the time of lottery one flat (my mother's) got cancelled.
Pls suggest the way to get 2nd flat. Pls help.

Dear Sir my wife has filled crpc 125 & false Dv case against me but simultaneously I was filled RcR it has been decreed to join with in six months during the pendent of case she gave A birth to male baby, but till 6months the maintaince of Rs 10000 is also awarded where as am un employed and it's very hard to pay for me hence help me to appeal in HC and what best could be done

We hindhu,my father got property in 1968 by registerd partition deed,all properties are ancestral,my father passed away in year 1990,after that propeeties mutated in name of my mother,my doubt is,
1)does my sister have right on this property?
2)does she able to file suit to get her partition?

My friend has file DV . My queries are as follow. 1) mediation fails . Mediation has submitted report to court. What will court do on next date?2) can anyone tell sequence of activities in court after failure of mediation ?3) Her lawyer is not coming on dates in court. As opposite party is rich it may be possible that lawyer might have tide up with them. She has changed lawyer but again same problem continue. Can she herself argue in court for her case? She has evidence of allegation. If yes; what is the way so that she can argue or fight herself for her case?

Respected sir,
I have given the details of my case earlier also. I have won the divorce case at family Court but she has appealed at HC Mumbai. I have filed caveat also but does court considers the documents filed at lower court and whether her behavior at court.She does not use to come even after no. Of calls from court.While counciling initially at court she said herself she does not want to stay with me then now why she applied at HC.

Answer from Mr dhingra is not at all satisfactory.
case history is clearly given that the wife is having an affair.
What more case history is required

Suit to tenant
In 2008 my father lend a shop for 6000 per month rent. In 2011 tenant refused to vacant the property then my father filed a case against him now case is in "Argument in preliminary issue" stage (as per national data grid) so now how much time it will take for judgement.
