Birth certificate

Hello,
We have taken a passport in 2004 using Affidavit from Magistrate for Date of Birth. Now when we went for renewal they said these are not valid and asked bring a certificate. Where to we get this from? I vaguely got some direction that we need to get it from court and then get it registered with the Corporation. Kindly help me in this please.

Partition of land

my mother is owned two flats. she had written a will to take equal parts on both the flats by me and my sister because the flats are not having same value. the smaller flat is under court case because the tenent is not willing to vacate and had given a court case. my mother is passed away before 6 years. the bigger one is under the control of my sisterr and she is collecting the rent and doing maintenance. i am asking my sister to make partition i.e. divide as per value. but she is telling that we divide both the flats at a time after court case because it is in a single will and cannot divide one flat independently is it true.

Offered different job posts

Respected Sir/Madam,

Greetings!!

I have a query related to employment. I hope to receive valuable suggestions from the expertise.

Recently I have been selected for a job in an Information Security firm. I have received an offer letter through an email from firm's HR.
As per joining date, I have reported on the venue(in a different state) for the remaining formalities and to receive the appointment letter.

After receiving the appointment letter, I found that the job description which was mentioned in at e-mail is different from the one which is mentioned in the appointment letter.

Due to this discrepancy, I have not signed any document/bond with the firm as I am expecting the job offer for the post which was mentioned in E-mail.

Am I eligible to take any kind of actions from my side?

I request all the expertise to provide me their valuable guidance that how should I proceed further.

Thanks in advance. :)

Legal metrology act - registration requirement

We would like to have a clarification on the registration requirement under the Legal metro logy act. We are into distribution business and we are purchasing certain product like Blood pressure monitoring, thermometer & weighing machines from Importer in India and resell to sub-distributors In India across certain regions. The Importer has all requisite licenses & also takes care of MRP labelling guidelines. Should we need to apply the licenses for dealing these products?

Thanks in advances
regards,
Surendra Kumar

complainant with his spa in court

Sir my uncle of aged 68 yes has filed a complaint u/s 138 of N.I Act in which they have given me attorney and the case was listed for office report and documents to be exhibited and court asked me to present the complainant at the time of exhibiting the documents and on the date I with my uncle was exhibting the documents then an advocate who neither was party and nor an interested person and also was not given attorney on behalf of the accused suddenly stood and objected on my exhibiting the documents by saying that since the spa holder is not advocate and thus he can not exhibit the documents and when the complainant is present in court then his spa can not be allowed to be even present in court.Judge ruled that complainant may exhibit the documents and spa holder may appear on after coming dates on behalf of the complainant. Is all this is right procedure as per law ?
