Kindly help me out
I am presently working in kotak mahindra bank and serving my notice period as I am worried that my present organisation may give a negative feed back. I am resigning from kotak due to distance and traveling issues
I joined kotak in feb 2016 and resigned in July2016 just 2 days before my confirmation I had an offer from hdfc back
The offer was accepted only on mail but I did not sign the offer letter ....
As my friends working at hdfc told it's too pressurising job hence I changed my mind
I took my resignation back at kotak and didn't inform the hdfc hr now I have recieved a very good offer from yes bank and after 3 months I.e on 10 November 2016 I again resigned in kotak . I have recieved the offer letter and serving my notice period. I am worried if the hr or my bosses in kotak give a negative feedback after joining yes bank by mentioning I had an offer from hdfc bank and didn't join over der den will this affect my employment at yes bank

I AM A KARTA OF MY HUF, I HAVE INVESTED RS.500000 IN LIC JEEVAN AKASHAY PENSION PLAN THROUGH HUF FUND FOR BENIFIT OF HUF . I WILL GET 3400/PER MONTH FROM NEXT MONTH TILL SURVIVAL.
NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE MONTHLY INCOME THROUGH JEEVAN AKSHAY WILL THE INCOME OF HUF OR MY PERSONEL INCOME FOR INCOME TAX POINT OF VIEW.

My father has given his only ancestor property to me with a gift deed and registered in sub registrar office 2% stamp duty & Registration fee.But My query is, Can my sister claim for her share legal?

Mere pe phale 125 ka case hua usme mujhe vedadi lane ka order hua jab lane gya to mere sasur ne lane nhi diya fir usne 498a ka jhuta case court me kr diya usme mujhe notice aaya hai ab btaiye mujhe kya krna chaiye ab to mujhe bail krwani pregi kya or kyse bell milegi mujhe plz sir reply mai bhut presan hu meri ijaj karab ho rahi hai

I've purchased 1700sqft of dtcp approved residential land on 21/03/2016 and the same had been registered successfully and at the time of registration I've applied for land pass (land patta) and paid the charges but till 15/09/2016 the land pass was not issued I've contacted the consent office several times but neither they give proper reply nor they ready to issue the same to me then once again I submit application for land pass with all relevant documents and paid a sum of
Rs 50/_ as e_service but no use further I've given petition to the district collector to consider my land pass application and order to issue the same to me even then no proper action due to this reason I couldn't avail bank loan I get disappointed
Now let me know whether can I bring this matter to the HON'BLE district consumer forum and file a case against the Tehsildar

My wife has filed an FIR under sec 498A, 323, 506 against me and she in FIR, lodged in Jun 16 mentioned that I sold her car. I have obtained a copy of challan through RTI, done in Aug 2016 mentioning that she was driving the same car and her signature is there on the challan. Would this evidence is sufficient to get divorce.

I recieve a phone call twice in a month duration from local police station. The police man said that he dont know how my mob. number came in his contact list. He was dailing for another Gaurav. He didnot specified his surman bt he specified some other local area. Coincidentally my name is also Gaurav. I am worried. why did he called twice. Is there chance that any complaint is registered on me by someone. Six months ago i had a fight with one of my friend. Is it possible that he registered a complaint against me?

Sir I had participated in a tender on 17.9.16 were I was the lowest one accordingly I should get the tender after a normal negotiations. But without any intimation after 20 to 25 days the tender was recalled on 04.10.16 and it was natural that this time I was on 4th naturally it was not mine.
Now what should I do?
