Respected Sir/ Madam, I'm Nandhini, my Mother kept case on my father under sec 498A sec, MC and DVC.. Wen the arguement is going on in the Court my father and his lawyer is always humiliation on me with brutal Words,on my character which provoking to commict sucide.. Iam unmarried.. How can i make him to stop his harrasment in Court on me...? I Want keep a case on my father.. Is their any chance to suit a case on him. Plz help me

Do you mean that before the Presiding Officer (Judge)?
What is being done by your own lawyer?

litigation privilege extends to the parties of the case. Even if a pert to the suit says something to opposite party which may otherwise amount to contempt, no proceedings for contempt may be taken against that party.
i presume hat you are not a party to the proceedings between your father and mother. If any defamatory statement is being made against you by your father or his counsel you may take action against both.
Keep two witnesses ready and consult a good lawyer.
