I want to sell the bike and succession certificate is the first need as the bike is on my fathers name.so can anyone please tell me the process and i have to disclose all the name of my family member in the certificate. Can i declare my name only in succession and file no objection certificate from other members of the family?

Society has been given legalised n registered documents of Gift Deed, Index 2 as well as notarised family settlement MOU. Its 2 months noe society has not registered names & shares in the register . They are still contemplative
Under law can the society be made to include and register the names and shares. Any reference Law and Bye law no. under which it can be done plz hekp and guide

We used used talk every day till one month. On 02 Aug 2015, a person named Arun contacted and met me and gave 30 photographs which shows clearly that girl is having an affair with him. I denied to marry her. She filed these sections 417,493,506,323. After one year, I m convicted for one year SI and 5000 fine for 417,493,506 and 323. I m going for an appeal in District court. Respected members i will soon be charged with 498a , i coudnt find anyone who can pay my bail. Wil i get jailed? Do i still have an option to pay my own bail. Someone told me bail can be taken by signing a bond. How much money will it cost and wats the procedure, kindly help

my husband has illegal relationship with one lady and has an issue with her. he has filed divorce case but case is rejected by family court and he appealed in higher court. i dont have proof of marriage of him with that lady but have birth certificate of child. will he punished by 494 act.

In all my relevant documents my name is AS SHAIK EDEITH.
BUT MY CORRECT SPELL IS SHAIK EDAYATH.
IT WAS PARENTAL MISTAKE. AND IN ALL MY SCHOOL RECORDS IT WAS AS SHAIK EDEITH.
BUT I WANT TO CORRECT IT AS SHAIK EDAYATH.
BUT IN DEO OFFICE THEY ARE TELLING IT WAS NOT CORRECTION IT WAS CHANGING NAME AND THEY RETURNED MY APPLICATION DUE TO LACK OF EVIDENCE.
