AFTER A DISPUTE BETWEEN THE BORROWER AND THE GUARANTOR, THE GUARANTOR IS NOW DEMANDING COPIES OF THE LOAN DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE VALUATION REPORT OBTAINED BY THE BANK FOR THE VALUATION OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY.
NOW THE QUESTION IS, IS THERE ANY BAR FOR NOT PARTING WITH THE LOAN DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE EVALUATION REPORT OR THE BANK CAN PART WITH THE COPIES OF THE LOAN DOCUMENTS?

I am looking for a legal opinion on my rights over my mother’s self acquired property.
We are two daughters and one son for our parents and all married. Our mother expired on 05.06.1996 leaving a house, self acquired property in her name without any partition or testamentary partition among us. Our father expired during 2012 leaving nothing. Now our only brother occupying our mother’s house stating that it is only for me being a male son. Shall we approach appropriate Court to get our portion.

Pls tell me being Husband what are my conjugal rights.
Also tell me if wife doesn't coorperate with me financially & menthally. Hence can i demand for congujal rights.
After the marriage weather the wife is legally bound to coorperate with her husband?

my mother expired recently . She has written and registred a will . In that will along with other brothers she has kept me a nominee . My brother who is abroad says we have to wait till he come for claiming money or property as mentioned in will
1 Is this will registred in registrar office be chanaleged in any court .
2 any need for brother to come for claiming rights as mentioned in will

I AM ALSO ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OUT OF 577 WHO GOT APPOINTMENT AFTER SUPREME COURT DISMISSES THE APPEAL OF ONGC IN THE YEAR AUG 2015. NOW ONGC HAS NOT GIVEN ME APPOINTMENT AND SAID THAT THE EMPLOYEES WHOES PERFORMANCE IS POOR WOULD NOT GET ANY BENEFIT OF SUPREME COURT ORDER. CAN ONGC DO THIS...CAN I FILE CONTEMPT OF COURT PROCEEDINGS AND WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF WINNING.
I WUD LIKE TO GET LEGAL HELP IN AHMEDABAD, IF ANY GOOD AND EXPERIENCED LAWYER.

Classes/tutions in registered society
I stay as a tenant in one of the Mhada registered society, My wife takes home tutions in evening 7-9pm for children's below 10 years.
My Owner doesn't have any problem with us & even neighbors doesn't have any problem, but society president & other 2-3 members are threatening us & issued a notice from Mhada to my owner not to take home tutions as this is commercial activity or else vacant the flat.
Sir, Kindly let me know byelaw's of cooperative housing society is this really commercial activity? as a tenant can i have rights to take home tutions?
