Indian stamp act

नमस्कार
राज्य शासन ने अधिसूचना जारी कर आवासीय कालोनी में विक्रय विलेख में स्टाम्प सुल्क से छूट प्रदान किया है। इस अधिसूचना के तहत विक्रय विलेख निष्पादित हुआ और सुल्क में छूट प्राप्त किया गया। रजिस्टर्ड होने के बाद कलेक्टर ऑफ़ स्टाम्प ने धारा 33 व् 40 बी भारतीय स्टाम्प के तहत आदेश जारी किया जिसमें छूट की पात्रता न होने से स्टाम्प वसूली का आदेश जारी किया गया। इस आदेश को धारा 47 क के तहत आयुक्त के न्यायलय में अपील की गयी जिसे आयुक्त ने अधिकार छेत्र में न होने से अपील अग्राह्य कर दिया। अब प्रश्न ये है कि आयुक्त के आदेश के विरुद्ध या कलेक्टर ऑफ़ स्टाम्प के आदेश के विरुद्ध रेवन्यू बोर्ड जाऊ । दूसरा सवाल अपील या रिवीजन करू।

Girlchild custody

I left matrimonial home 2 yr ago & started to live with my parents with my girl child. There is no case in between me & my husband. Abt 1 yr ago my husband filled a case under sec 25 guardians & wards act 1890 that was dismissed. Now 3 months ago he filled another case under sec 151 order 7 rule 11(d) custody of girl child aged 2.5 yr.I'm a working lady & he is professional.Asked for interim visitation & custody.Where should we meet for interim visitation? Can he get the custody of my girl child whereas they couldn't recognize each other.Plz suggest.

Property selling without wife consent and accuses wife

My home property is on my husband's name. And he is selling home without my conset. I am not at all ready to sell this home and to live in rented house. In absence of mine now he is mentally torturing me to sell my home.please help me out.

Girl child custody

my marriage in 2010 as per hindu riti riwaz i have issue a girl child in 2011 my wife left my house in 2012 with my daughter after that she not come back to my home.in . my wife file a case in aug 2013 at his parent house u/s 125crpc when i go to attend this case i file a application to take her back my home but she voluantry refuse to come back with me . Than i file a section 9 rcr she come to attend the case and refuse to live with me case is pending . in his case u/s 125 crpc court reject my wife application on ground deseration 125(4) .in my case section 9 after ammend in 13 i got divorce on both ground crulity and deseration. now the she file a case of dv act section 12 and 20,22 demand 40 lakhs in his petion which is pending . sir my question is my daughter is now over 5 years age i want to my daughter back to my home can i file a custody case and where file it is possible to file in my place, sir i want to also know both case 125 crpc and divorced case in my favour can court consider this judgments in decideing custody case any advantages in my favour. sir if any citiaion please give me urgently requir thanks in advance

Housing rights of property in livin relationship

Hello myself Purva. M divorced n into a livin relationship with a married man. We are looking for purchase a house for ourself where we could settle. Our concern would b making it secure for myself. 1. Loan would b in his name as my ITR is not tht strong therefore is it possible loan to b in his name n agreement in my name if not then who would b 1st owner n second owner. Does 1st n 2nd owner possess equal rights. 2. Can he transfer the property of his share to my name immediately after agreement as we are intending to keep it on my name solely. If not how could b this workout. 3. Same house would b mortaged against loan incase in future if he fails to repay the loan how could this property b made secured. Kindly help

Lease agreement

I have a residential property in Kolkata leased out under 11 month lease agreement. A new lease agreement is worked out (all clause remaining same; except the rent) at the end of every 11 month period with the same person. The person is residing with his family in my flat for the past 4 yrs under lease . I want to know how many such 11 month lease can i give to the same person without inviting any legal complication or ownerrship rights whatsoever on part of the tenant?
