Respected Experts,
I have been getting mixed opinions for MISCHIEF under IPC.
Some allegations of mischief made against opposite party in-person by me where I have made out a case of Section 426 of IPC.
However certain authorities have communicated to me that Section 426 of IPC is no more in existence. It is only 425 and 427.
I would be obliged if the Respected Experts could assist herein

Hi,
Electricity pole has been erected on my plot. Can we write a letter to electricity board to remove this. if not, is there any compensation provision for the same (i believe electricity pole belongs to Maharashtra state electricity board)

sir. there is a complaint against accused for the offence. Accused has file quashing petition before the High court, high court stayed the investigation. Now at this stage no criminal case is pending before criminal court. Accused applicant applied for the passport and therefore he needs no objection from the compete court. now where there is no criminal case is pending before the court in that circumstances no objection can be given by the court for issuance of the passport.

I have been suspended from services of ntpc psu in 2011. i was getting subsistence allowances till 2013. then ntpc stopped allowances. the departmental inquiry started in 2013 but no data was provided to me to defnd myself. i moved jabalpur high court for judicial remedy for allowances and providing me data. jabalpur highcourt gave verdict that i need to complete inquiry and ntpc has to pay allowances . i completed inquiry. but ntpc instead of releasing 75% allowances from 2013 , paid only from 2015 january. on november 22nd ntpc has terminated me based on inuiry committee recommendations. ntpc also filed an fir and rgistered a criminal case under sec 420 and the case is still pending for final verdict at lower court. before court decision, ntpc terminated me. now nearly 6 months got over ntpc is not giving me final settlement. lastest news rceived from ntpc is in a week they will be releasing the settlement. My question is: 1. i was suspended , then trminated. My final settlements will be calculated as per my eligibility as a normal employee or ntpc will calculate my final settlements keeping me as suspended employee eligibility. 2. if ntpc keeps me as suspended employee eligibility, then will they release the allowances from 2013 to 2015 or not. 3. will i get my pf/pension/gratutiy benefits. please clarify. also. please advice, if in the criminal case, if i am acquitted., can i sue ntpc and is there any chance of getting job back after acquittal.

I got married on 23.02.2015. My wife was separated within two months from me. So I send a legal notice regarding come and live with me. For that notice they have send counter notice regarding I was impotent and my parents and my brother torturing them. Like that the case was started initially and finally they have not proved against me, and both the parties through mutual consent we separated each other and signed in front of the judge on 16.02.2017. Till now I am not received my judgment copy. I asked my lawyer, he said to me wait to get judgment copy. I got a court order through e court. The court order contains the following things.
Business: In the result this petition is allowed. The mortgage solemnized between the petitioner and respondent on 23.2.2015 to dissolved by decree of divorce of the allegations levelled against the respondent by the petitioner not proved as the matter has been compromise between the parties. No costs.
Nature of Disposal: ALLOWED
Disposal Date: 20032017

My question is
1. I go for a second marriage? Is that court order is a enough proof (or)
2. I have to wait for Judgment copy, then only I will go for second marriage (after receiving the Judgment copy only I will go for second marriage).
Please clarify sir, what is the correct legal decision either 1 or 2.

GOOD EVENING THE LEARNED JURY,
DIRECTION TO THE POLICE TO REOPEN THE CASE.
1.A PCR was filed against co-operative Bank
2.The magistrate ordered the police to investigate & file a report due to which
the FIR was registered.
3.After which the bank filed Cr.Pl to squash the FIR but unfortunately it din't
happen instead the H.C passed an order
saying that there exists a civil & criminal
angle & permitted the police to investigate the case. The bank put influence & got the B REPORT saying that
exists a civil case only. Basing on the B
report The PCR was dismissed. There is no
evidence supporting the B REPORT. The
statement of my home loan a/c is fully
manipulated & forged. I have taken 10lakhs & paid 15 lakhs now the bank is
asking me to pay 25 lakhs as per their
account statement which is forged. Can I
file a criminal petition to re-open the
case on the B REPORT &conduct fresh investigation & file a chart sheet. Basing on the B report the PCR got dismissed. kindly guide me what to do since my client wants to close the H.L.A/c & settle the matter once for all
failing which has to shell out several
lakhs more than what he has to pay or loose his shelter in spite of he paying
the full loan who is a retired teacher
please advice me how to go about this to
save a retired teacher who cannot pay
extra amount due to which he will have no
shelter & will be on road. please help me to help him. tks.
