Hi,
I have a query regarding 498a Fir Quashing,FIR has been quashed from the High court ,now what will be the next step from my side in trial court,should High court will inform automatically or i have to hire lawyer again for the trial court.Please guide.

Hi,
my brother is working for an software company.
last year he had brain stroke and lost his ability to speak and write.
Now he can speak very little, and his writing has improved along with physical strength. He understands all things but his speach is affected.
he joined office after one year of gap, but he is requested to work in night shift, which he denied.
now HR is asking to resign
can my brother get some legal help/advise.

Hi sir 3 years back I married one guy in temple without any legal registration he gave some amount to lawer and did notry after dat I got to know dat he s a fraud nobody in his house believes him he as taken amount from so many ppl which he didn't return and he put everything on my head he tourchered me a lot and finally came out of his relationship after that I was staying with my parents till now I didn't see him nor he didn't contacted me
Later I married a guy second marriage [he knew everything about my first marriage]legally with all marriage registration and according to Hindu rituals and now o have a girl baby she s 3months old
But my worry is I did not divorced him [first marriage]will it be a problem

If someone has inherited property and money (bank deposits) as legal heir via court issued Succession Certificate, does this inherited property and money need to be declared in the India ITR filing for that year?

Hello Experts,
I need your urgent suggestion. I have filed DVC & 498A against my Ex in Andhra Pradesh ( I was staying there earlier). But now I am staying with my parents in Pune, Maharashtra and it's really getting difficult for me to attend the cases. DVC already got dismissed because of my absence, I couldn't attend due to my ill health. But I don't want to miss on the 498A. Is there a way I can transfer the case? If possible can some prediction be given can to me relating to the charges. I will be really thankful for guidance. Thank you.
