I am an banker. Promoters of a partnership firm who are also directors in a private limited company have approached us for merger of their partnership firm with pvt Ltd company. Before i issue an NOC what documents or financials i shall asked for.

I have booked a Flat in 2015 with a Builder in Bangalore which was under construction.. The Flat was booked in joint name with my wife.All the payments to the builder has been made by me from my A/c.Now the Building is completed and they have got all the permissions for registration of individual flats in respective clients name. Now I want to register the Flat in my individual name.Can I do it? Please clarify.

hEllo Friends
I am in lot of stress.
I had taken loan from bank to build house in my area.
I gave the work to one contractor he told us that the work will over in 1 1/2 year.
But work not completed till date.
I made all payment for construction till date but house not yet ready for me to live with family.
I ask him to complete he is asking money.
There is nothing in writing from me just that i given work to make house to the contractor.
My wife and i fight with him everyday go to his house but no use.
What to do I want my house ready. Should I go to consumer court. will they help.
Please advice friends

Sir,
My name is Jinish Kumar from kochi. we have a family temple and recently doing renovations. the present generation would like to form a trust in the name of the temple. and is also willing to provide the temple land in the name of the trust. since there is no one in our family who has the technical knowledge in making a trust i would like to have your help regarding the matter. we don;t have any outsiders coming to our temple its just for the family members.
Kindly advice so that i can take the initiative in starting a trust as soon as possible

Hi, My grand father was missing from 1970s. My father was the only child to my grandfather. In 2004, my father and my grandmother did a partition deed without getting a civil death declaration of my grand father or without approaching court to do this partition. They simply did the partition in 2004 stating in the partition deed stating that they are the legal heirs of my grand father and as he was dead, they are doing this partition. Is this partition deed legal?
Both my grand mother and my father had died. Can I question this partition deed and nullify the partition deed?

MIDC BANK LOAN QUERY OF SBI
My midc property in name of late father had mortgage loan of 4 lakh taken in 1986. Recent under midc plan I have paid the amount to get the unit revived and taken my succession certificate and done all compliance to get bcc of the property.
Now I plan to sell the property however this loan is the hindrance. I need noc from them.I have posted letter to them and also emailed butility hey haven\\\\\\\'t replied. Very early the bm has my once said to give 10 lakh for settlement and then she left the branch. Now no one has communicated to me post I couriered letter stating to give noc. Can you please guide me how can i sell in this scenario. Bank hasn\\\\\\\'t replied nor they have sent any correspondence indicating that I have to pay loan. What should i do in this scenario
