West bengal state govt hra allowence

SIR,

I need an urgent help oh HRA issue relevant to this current thread topic. Please help me with your valuable suggestion with related Govt. order.

I need to know the admissible HRA the husband in the following case can draw:

1) The husband works in South Bengal State Transport Corporation(A Govt. of W.B. Undertaking)presently posted at Purilia.(W.B.)
2) The wife works in West Bengal Health Service. Presently posted at Singur, Hoogly.(W.B.)
3) The wife has taken a government quarter at Singur and does not draw HRA.
4) The husband stays at Purulia.
5) The distance between Purulia & Singur is 275 KM(approx)

Please let me know if any further information is required. Thanks in advance.

IPC 306 related

Dear Expert,
I would like to ask one query about on behalf of my friend.
He and her mother charged u/s 306of IPC and her mother got discharge from case by filing discharge application and now he wants to file discharge application for his self. Does court can allow him for discharge application ?? If yes den what is the chances of his to get discharge from case?? If no den what is the other way where he doesn't have to face trial??

Criminal revison of interim order

Sir,
I filed a criminal revison of interim maintenance order which passed by the judicial magistrate of Rs 10,000/- in favour of my client wife and his child .after that I filed a criminal revision of against this order before the session judge , but the judge refuse to accept revision petition and told me that this application will not entertain by this court as per supreme Court headline and also kolkatta Highcourt .
Please do some favour and provide some filling against it

Epf registration and generation of uan of new employee

Hi Concern,

I CA. Aman Mishra would like to request you please help me in below mentioned concer.
1. We have new joinee has its UAN genrated by her previous employer.
2. She left the previous company and joined us. But on PF portal we are unable to register her as our employee because of some name mismatching and other issues.
3. Can we generate a New UAN considering/assuming that she was not employed anywhere else earlier...?

Please help me in above in the light of statutory provisions.
