Dear All,
i have been worked for the Denmark base logistics company for the period of 7 years.
after i resigned from the company have served my 30 days notice period and signed all the company Exit forms as per the company norms.
later after 30 days when i called HR for the F N F, i understand my have received cheque from HO but it was holded by the product head who is my immediate manger while am working for that company.
have called for the discussion and i understand there are one loss from the shipment which i quoted the rates, same need to be recover from my settlement,
have explained its not because of negligence and its handling issues by other colleagues, and same need to be take up with concern vendor and close the case., but they are holding my F N F cheque and understand until the vendor gives the credit note, if not they will recover from my F N F.
now question is , will it be possible to recover the loss after employee exit the company as per company policies,
on Emplyee exit interview and forms, now where discussed this issue and no where its mentioned too,
if not what kind of actions can employee take on legally.

Dear learned experts,
I am a central govt employee.I was suspended in the year 2011 because of criminal case (RC) registered under prevention of Corruption act by CBI, subsequent to a raid in my office. I was detained in custody and came out on bail in 5 days. The initial order of suspension was not reviewed with in 90 days as per CCS (CC&A) rules 1965. There were no subsequent and periodical reviews at every 180 days. My subsistence allowance of initial 50% of leave salary was never enhanced till date, as there were no periodical reviews, till date. I have not received any renewed orders for extention of my suspention,too.ll.
Simply put, my Ministry has simply forgotten me and my file. In the meanwhile, CBI (ACB) have filled charge sheets in the year 2012 itself. Charges have not yet been framed in CBI criminal cases yet. There were no simultaneous departmental proceedings by my ministry so far. It has been almost 5 and half years since I was arrested and was placed under suspension.
I have sent 2 representations/appeals in the last two months to my appellate authority for revocation of my suspension , citing also that my prolonged suspension without any reviews whatsoever, so far, is not technically valid.
Till date, I have not heard from my ministry. My ministry is not taking any action and they are simply passing the buck?
I request the learned experts here to kindly guide me, what course of action can I resort to, next, so that i may get reinstated and my suspension revoked.!

land lord has demolished my premises without my consent so i have filed suit u/s 6 of specific relief act now what will be the court fees on the market value of the property or 150 times the rent of the property

I have a girlfriend i used to talk with but his ex boyfriend is creating problem for me .she made me talk with him but he said abusive words to which i recorded after some months now again he has came and said to her to not talk to me. I talked with him on what\\\'s app and he said i have to show cause for that ,he is a lawyer and practicing for some months

I have been an Indian based employee of the Foreign Mission,Chanakya Puri, New Delhi where I have worked for continuously 38 years in all sections including 3-times as Secretary to the Ambassador.
I am a senior citizen, retired from service. All the papers pertaining to my appointment are made by them in Arabic and kept in my Personal File in their custody. However, I have in my possession letters from three Ambassadors as a proof of my work performance and employment.
I have in my file bunch of correspondence exchanged with the Protocol Division of Ministry of External Affairs since 19-6-2017 regarding non-settlement of my Gratuity as per the prevalent Indian rules & regulations based on the old age retirement, with no result so far.
I am seeking your kind opinion and legal assistance to fight and win my case in the Labour Court and wonder if it will be possible for you to do so with complete details of the relevant Court, the approx. time involved and procedure to be followed taking into consideration that I am an old person having meager income now.

My fried purchased a Flat in Borivili from his own money. He passed away few days ago leaving behind his wife and children. In his Nomination his wife's name is there as 100%. When she went to the society to get the flat transferred on her and her children's name the society is asking her to get NOC from her husbands Sister. She told the society that it was not ancestral property and her husband had purchased out of his own money. The society is saying that they cannot transfer the share certificate till she gets NOC from her sister in law. Please advice if NOC is required from sister in law and if not then what is the solution.

Dear Sir,
Myself had made an affidavit for proof of claim in respect of the corporate insolvency resolution process of ABG SHIPYARD LTD.
Affidavit was for total dues pending (Full N Final Amount).
HR department verbally gave a procedure for calculating pending dues, on that basis myself had made an affidavit of Rs. 4,15,000. including Salary,. PF and other salary perks.
But now the company states a different FNF amount which is Rs. 2,96,771. excluding PF and other salary perks.
Sir, pls suggest shall I ammend the affidavit or make a new affidavit. If we make new affidavit,shall I have to cancel the earlier affidavit.

Fraud by movers and packers
My parents who are senior citizens had hired gati express packers for household transportation from kolkata to delhi on 19/7/17.it has been 23 days we hav not received the consignment.the concerned person has been fooling us saying that the delay is due to the weather conditions. Please advise us what to do
