in a relation with a girl for 6/7 years, spend a lot of money and has been promised by the boy that he will marry her, but the boy has been cheating on her, sleeping with another while he still slept with her and used her in the name of love and promised that he married her, the girl has been honest to her all the time, file a case against him? If the girl has proof that he promised to marry her at any cost but has made a fool out of her when he was sleeping with her still made her believe that he will marry her, can the girl file a case against him? that a girl can file a case against a guy who has consensual s*x with her under the false promise of marriage and his parents also know about this and still they said they have caste feeling about her they give importance to caste against the life of girl the girl is SC and the boy is ST after all knowing this their parents got engaged their boy with another girl and cheated on this girl what is the solution to this problem

I have cleared Upsc, till the date I was filling the attestation form there was no fir against me. But after few days an fir filed against me and family by my in-laws. I have gone for quashing at high court also. Highcourt has given the stay order as well. Will it affect my upsc appointment as in attestation form it was mentioned till the date of filling attestation form any pending case against you. At that time there was no fir against me. After few days of filling attestation form fir filed against me

Property issue
Dear sir,
Judgement given by court on dec 2021 regarding veelunama(WILL) both wills by plaintiff and defendant are not valid and also recovery of posession from defendant was not allowed.
As property belongs to my mother is partition is allowed.
property is under posession of defendant and not ready to agree for settlement and presently she was claiming adverse possession as she had property tax receipts from the year 2005 paid in the name of my mother.
PLEASE ADVICE?
