Sir,
I stay in Hyderabad. Our total appartment Land is 240 Sq. Yards, Three floor constructed 12 year back with 4 Double Bed Rood and 4 Single Bed Room.I have purchased Double bed room in Bank auction. The document is with Car Parking, where they have not given any marking. In the ground floor Double bed room side parking place is available. The Staircase is in between Single and Double Bed room width 12 feet, where as the for portions Two Single and Two Double bed room occupantes are parking their two wheelers near by stair case ( Width 12 feet) It is very conjusted to walk between the either side parked two wheelers.
Now a new tenant has come to single bed room and his a security officer to a IGP of Telenanga State, he is showing his power and started parking his motorbike, near to Ground floor Double bed room, which is much inconvenient to pass in the small lane of 4 feet, his parked vehicle is covering 2.5 feet.
As I am already holding car parking in the registered document am I eligible to park my car in front of double bedroom open place?, all the other occupants are silent, because he is a security officer to Inspector General of Police. When complaint to his land lord, even he is not speaking out. It has become a great headache to us. No body is intrested to lodge complaint against his issue.
All common places are occupied by other residents in the ground floor.
Please advice me how to come out of this problem.
Thanking you sir,

Dear Respected Sirs,
My father retired from Government Service in 2006. His blank signed cheque was stolen from his cheque book and presented in bank in 2007 with an amount of 3,70,000/- .
We have been fighting since and now our advocate says that we have to shred some money to win this case but on that cheque the handwriting of my father doesn't match with the filled amount in words and amount.
My father is a pensioner and my deepest concern is that if anyways the complainant wins the case then is there any threat to my fathers pension. Our lawyer was earlier very sure that we will win this case and now he suddenly started to say that we should look for some other options also like we have to give some money to have confidence of the judge but we are not ready for that because we are fighting this case since 2007 and this is now in its last stage.
Please guide me what should I do. Do I need to change my lawyer but I thinks at this stage it would be not fees able.
As I am the only breadwinner to my family i am deeply concern about my fathers pension part.... Pls Help.....

Transfer of writ petition civil
A writ petition civil was filed in Supreme court in year 2016 and the same is admitted by supreme court. During 2nd hearing of case in supreme court , the said petition was transferred to Delhi High Court and is listed for hearing in front of Single Judge Bench. Can i file an appeal if decision doesn't came in my favour ?
If i can file appeal then where i can file the same appeal whether in Delhi High Court itself ( Double Bench ) or in Supreme Court ?
P.S- Case was transferred from Supreme Court to Delhi High Court.
