Hi! My grandparents have been staying in a rented property for last over forty (40) years. Since they do not have a house of their own, they were assured for 3 decades by the owner back then that this property will be sold to them sometime in future. Later, the owner passed away and his wife and grand son refused to the promise. So, they just kept paying rent to them. There was no written agreement, only verbal. All maintenance & repairs were done by my grandparents only. Also, electricity connection is in the name of my grandmother. But, in 2008 the landlord refused to accept the rent too. So, my grandparents deposited it in the court after three refused money orders. I just want to understand the tenancy & ownership rights for a tenant of before 1975. Also, they haven't been paying rent for a while now. What kind of negotiation can be done if we plan on vacating the property?
Recently i ordered a cricket bat priced Rs 9000 at flipcart . I want to gift this to my team mate. So i ordered this at his address. But when he received the bat this was not the same as described in flipcart ad. So i asked flipcart to replace it. But flipcart did not deliver the genuine product which was promised in its ad.then i write to flipcart through its 'need help ' option , but flipcart took no action. I complain to consumer help number. They provide me a docket number and asked me to let know the flipcart about this docket number. I used the same 'Need help' option at flipcart and add the details. After two days i received a call from flipcart and they offered me to have refund. But i said i need the bat u promised. I am at Dhemaji district. And the seller is from Meerut. I want to complain to consumer court. Please guide me . Where should i complain and what is the procedure?

Sir,
The appointment taken in the company as a manager on 19st aug 2017 . the appointment letter given on 26th Aug 2017, mentioning 60 days notice period even in notice period . The company not paid any salary till date i.e for aug or sep 2017. the company has serious cash crunch and not paid even July salaries to some employee. Managment has taken decisions to whom salary is to pay or not . That is they are holding salary at their own descretion .
Is in this situation , notice period of 60 days still applicable for employee if he has given resignation? considering compnay is not paid salary to him. As company is not comply their responsibility.
In appointment letter , following wording is there
it is mentioned that if employee intend to leave the company without proper notice period , then he should be liable to pay compensation in lieu thereof and company is entiltled to recover the dues against any salary payable to employee . If required at management descretion employee shall not relieved from the company early. i.e. before applicable notice period in the interest of business continuation of the company.
What action employee can take so that he can withdraw this assignment and taken new appointment.
In this situation can company told him to serve another 60 days after his resignation . When he has not paid for his already serve period?

Dear All Experts,
My wife did a forgery in admission form of her daughter. She was earlier married to someone and had a daughter from that marriage. V married in 2008 and the admission form is of 2007. She was working in same school before getting married with me. In the column of Father's name, she mentioned the name of biological father in 2007 (when she filled the form). After that, she got married with me in 2008 and then she applied the Fluid/Whitener on the Admission form on Father's name column and filled my name in it. Now, the form has been signed in the date of 2007 and i got married in 2008. Do you think this is a a case of forgery and cheating, as the same was done without intimation to me and without my permission. She has not used this form anywhere till date, but she has asked for maintenance of the kid from me in court.
I filed a complaint with SSP of the area to register a case with the above facts. The complaint was marked to SHO and he has closed the complaint without even asking me to join the investigation and without even informing me anything about the status of complaint. I got to know about the closure of complaint when i called the SHO myself and then he asked me to come to Police station and after visiting the PS, i got to know that it has been closed.
My Queries are:-
1. Is the SHO right in not even calling/informing me about the status of complaint?
2. Does the acts stated above are enough to register a case of forgery and cheating?
3. SHO did not even inform me anything abt the status of complaint, neither he called me nor he asked me to join the investigation and just closed it without informing me.
4. I also got to know that other party influenced the case and got it closed. Informed to me a local policeman posted in that PS.
Please reply me and guide me accordingly.
Thanks in advance.
