Hi Everyone,
I have loan of Axis Bank 2 loans. Both have 1lakh. Means total 2lakhs.
I have some family issues and left job last year in May2016.
After that my two Emi are on pending on both loans.
Now I get the job start paying emi till now I paid 4 emi.
Means start paying but every month emi only pending are still there.
Now I paying but every months second last day. Because I they told me if u not pay another emi your a/c Will NPA.
But I came to know that everything month they charged late fee.
I cant pay on 5th because on this month salary I paid on 2nd last day of month. My ECS is also bounce back. My EMI pending are one account 21 second 32 months loan tenure 5years........plz suggest

I have a MNT 125 pending against me in district court. Interim maintenance is already being paid every month and finally evidence of applicant has closed.
Now, with my chief, I had taken along ITR for previous year and current year as the interim has been on higher side, but the ITRs were rejected by the Hon'ble court being digital documents.
He also rejected the documents sourced via RTI including police report of complaint closed and previous year's ITR via RTI. I have attached them as marks, but I am not satisfied.
For the police report, I am taking necessary action to verify the report in court via summons to officer (per advice of counsel).
But, for Income Tax what is the correct procedure to submit them as evidence (not as marks).
I read a useful article/post/reply(IT act 65(a) and 65(b) on this very site regarding digital evidence but that relates to photographs, hence I am not sure if the same is applicable to Income Tax Returns from the income tax site of india.

There is some Internal Leakage from one bathroom in my flat and water is flowing down to below flats.
Society wants me carry out the repair and bear the cost.
I have not done any repair since the flat is purchased from builder. Wish to know this repair cost is to be borne entirely by me or has to be shared between me and below flat facing the problem.

Dear Sir, I was working with an NGO since Nov 2013, and they deployed me on various project as per their need of their or consortium partners project but as on July I write a mail for none payment of 2 month salary to director and as on 3 august they terminate me with immediate effect without giving notice and told the f&f will be with in 15 days but still now they are not paying salary and making excuse that my system password is wrong
Please suggest me what I can do

is it not time now to speak about judicial dishonesty when public receiving judgments based on no facts and by misinterpreting the higher courts judgments after waiting 10 to twenty years.

can society collect member dues which are more than 3 years old under current laws of MCS ?
can society collect previous member dues from current member ?
flat has been transferred to new member and later society found a mistake in old billing to previous member and now claiming from new member
can society discriminate for allocation of parking to Licensee ? while society is billing NOC charges to member
can society NOT charge car / scooter parking charges to members as most of the vehicles belong to committee member and not bringing this matter in AGM ?

hello sir, i m a third year law student. i i wanted to know some specific case names on medical negligence caused by obstetrician during caesarean,as she left a sponge in abdomen of patient. district consumer forum has ordered her negligent and state consumer forum too upheld the order. now this doctor is appealing that they have no jurisdiction ans she was not negligent during caesarean operation as she was in bona fide faith trying to save child and mother didnt notice the same.this was a case of obstructed labour so child was in danger. please i need my seniors guidance on the problem for presentation.thank you.

if session court put charge against the accused 304B/34 , 498A/34 and another charge of 302/34 as alternative charge on accused . under which charge trial will proceed. 304 or 302 . because punishment in both charges are different ,
is it suitable to file revision for the order in High court.
