Issue - Transfer Memorandum

Dear Experts, I recently bought a property in the name of self as well as wife's name. The registry has been done after obtaining the transfer memorandum for the local authority. Its a financed property and bank has already disbursed the amount to seller. My query is - in the TM, my name as well as my wife's name is correctly spelled in owners space. There is no salutation prefixed to my name but SMT. has been prefixed to my wife's name. Below our names, in the space for father / husband, only my fathers name is written. Does this necessarily signify that myself and my wife are either siblings or mother and son? Other details regarding age and address is correctly mentioned except for in the Martial status, its written as S. Please help me with an understanding if there can be issues in future. In the registry papers / sale deed, all details like relationships are clearly mentioned. Thanking you.

How can I proceed against govt. officer?

How can I proceed against govt. officer who deliberately delayed my application for building permit renewal? If I could prove that he submitted report against the facts and not collecting or examining the documents, can I claim compensation and initiate any civil or criminal proceedings against him?
