Sell/transfer residential property

My dad has expired 1 year ago and left no will. We have one document "share certificate" for House.

I need help on following
Can I sell property without transeferring to legal hairs ?
If Yes, which processes I need to do ?
If Not , which processes I need to do to transfer property on my mother's name ?

Friend of mine is going through a tough time , he recently came to know , his wife having an affair with an office colleague for almost an year now and the guy is also married.

There is complete chat details for over 6 months as proof where they have expressed everyting and also travelled together during weekends and saying that they are out on office work , wife has accepted the same on email and sms messages with husband .

Can the husband file a criminal case against the guy ? whats the process and what are the implications to husband and also the wife ?

what to do against bank for wrong debit

Sir, What are the legal remedies available for accountholder if bank don,t reverse the debit entry for cheque,which was returned on account of difference in signature.cheque issued by me and dishonoured (cheque is in my custody right now).letter sent to Manager already 2 months before.

Property bought from minor in 1995

Hi All,
I have bought a property in 1995 and at that time the property belonged to a Minor. Both the Minor's parents have signed and sold the property. Now after 20 years the Minor is claiming right on this property. At the time of sale in 1995 the minor was aged 15 years.
Please suggest what should the remediation steps .

Refund of money rendered while booking a flat

Dear Sir,
I had booked a flat at Andheri in 2015, with a reputed builder in a prime project comprising of six towers. I booked a 3 BHK flat in the proposed tower for which building work was yet to commence. I made 40% payment for that at that time. Builder issued me allotment letter and payment receipts. Builder has still not commenced the work for the same tower and is blaming market situations and asking me to shift to another tower. I don't want to shift to another tower and instead want my money back. Builder is saying he cannot return the money immediately and asking me to wait for one year or so to get the money back. He will pay in instalments. What should I do to recover the money with interest?

Can judges be biased?

I have divorce case going on for past 10 years. Each time judge gives date for pretitioner cross examination, my advocate tells, lets take another date, opposite lawyer also does some excuse and judge kept on giving dates after dates like this past 6 years gone. Either opposite party senior is not in town, or has fallen ill or has some other case on same day. Sometimes my advocate does not appear.

Finally my cross needs to be done. But my advocate telling, this judge is not good, always in favor of women, let us wait till she gets transferred as vacation is coming for courts.

Now I begin to sense foul play all along.
This is my 5th advocate.

Advocates may give their opinion. How to tackle this problem.

Getting my case proceedings paper

You may remember my query which due to complexity appears vague.
I am defendant in 34 act, petitioner a on paper firm and it's two partners. My late poa also defendant who died before case came on board. Contract was done by poa who later refused to honor the registered sale agreement of a psu trust, sale deed done by poa when plot when it was not transferable and possession was given, buyers in turn gave possession to third party. My poa out of financial interest refused to honor the sale deed when psu trust offered to allow transfer and ownership. Previously it was allotment on lease and non transferable.

Refusal of DDO to sign Bank loan form

Sir,
I am a regular employee of FCI which is a public sector undertaking under Central government. Our salary is disbursed by the DDO to sbi and form 16 is also issued by the DDO. I have completed 6 yrs of service in FCI. Now when i have submitted loan form from sbi to DDO, he refused to sign. Now i am in a dilemma, i need loan for my marriage. Kindly suggest what can i do?

Is it legal to charge interest on outstanding interest on personal loan on monthly basis.
