Is it OK to buy an apartment in Bengaluru without commencement & completion certificate.. And also OC??Will it not be a legal problem further?
The builder says that they've constructed one floor extra than the approved plan and if they need to obtain those documents from BBMP, it would cost them too high and the apartment pricing would increase pretty much. Is that true?

I am working with the bank and I am on my 3 months notice period and I have served 1.5 months of notice period already ..during my notice period I injured my ankle when I was leaving from work and inspite of my bank being accommodating my boss started menatally harrasing me and when told this to Hr they were of no help either..I coudnt take hr yelling at me so I left work dropping an email that they should get in touch with me on my personal email..I no longer wish to go to work I am highly disturbed also with my injured feet it is difficult for me to continue my services there..what can I do to get early relieving?

I am an NRI living in Germany and would like to purchase a flat in Kolkata worth more than 50 lacs. I would like to pay the total purchase amount in 3 parts - 1st one as the token-amount, second one after the agreement signing and the final part at the day of registration. All of these is intended to be carried out within a max. 2 months' duration. Do I have to pay 1% TDS on each of these amounts separately (that is 3 times) or can I simply pay on the entire amount after the agreement signing?

My grandfather died intestate leaving behind 3 sons - 1 Adopted and 2 biological. He transfered his one of his property to 1 biological son while orally diving the other property between adopted son and another biological son. After his death they (adopted and biological son)registered their name as heirs and got the partition deed done. Now the third son who was other property claims for part in this property which is divided. Will he be legally to do so.Please suggest.
