Whether the section 313 can be waived if none of witnesses including IO has appeared other than DC with a application under section 340 pending?

A. IPC trial pending since 2011 (charges framed)
B. Moved HC for expeditious disposal of the case
C. Honble. HC disposed the application without mentioning any specific timeline with direction “Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, is directed to take appropriate action for expeditious disposal of the case under reference”
Questions:
1. As there is no clear timeline indicated in the HC order for the disposal of the case will this actually serve the purpose of speedy disposal?
2. If the answer to question 1 is “No” then what is the remedy

Pls let me guide to figth CRPC 125 file by wife even after available below facts.
1. Post mediation held at dist court and as per deed terms both party husband and wife withdrawn their cases after learnt by the ADJ and started leaving to gather and thereafter separated again within 2 months and wife again file CRPC 125 after 1 year from date of separation.
2. Wife is well educated capable for working as she is MSc, BSE, BED and was working before the marriage and now days may be working.
3. A FIR also was lodged bcs she was already divorced but concealed at the time of marriage as marriage which were took place through famous matrimony web site, secondly charge sheet of the same was not proceed bcs cases were withdrawn as per mediation held at Dist court.

My brother has been falsely implicated in pocso act case. complainant is saying in her FIR that accused pulled her from markert in Delhi to dlf UP by foot and in dlf up accused accused touch her at breast and vasina. I want to know that where the jurisdiction to be applied. In Delhi or UP.
My mother purchased plot in her name. She took 50% of funds from me with verbal understanding that she will execute a 'Will' in which she will write property in my name.

After dishonor cheque, I issued legal notice, while sending notice cheque given date was wrongly typed and posted , reply notice was also taken from accused. Before filing complaint I found my numerical mistake. Should I send revised legal notice ? Should I mention the mistake in complainant? Can I win the case?
I had a pagdi shop in name of my mother in Delhi Sadar bazar. It was rented in 1980s . But from approx 1995 they stop taking rent but we deposited it in court for 5-6 years. The owner was a lady and was a second wife to her husband. After lady died no one came to take rent. My mother died back in 2007 and left the rental rights with me in her will. Now it is going on usual we are occupant/in possession of the shop. There is no legal owner as there may be dispute in family . No one have claimed right in property for long neither taken rent. Is there any way we can claim legal ownership of property or by paying some fees or duty in court

It is submitted that I have purchased a Built House in Punjab and settlement made in 34 lacs. I have applied the bank loan as I am govt. employee from SBI amounting to Rs. 30 lacs which will be paid by the bank to the seller. The remaining amount Rs. 4 lacs have been paid by me in cash or by cheque. The Bank has raise a query that the purchaser have to register the house for Rs. 34 lacs. I do not understand why the bank has raised query and the bank has passed the loan Rs. 30 lacs then the Registry amount Rs. 34 lacs. Please advise me in this matter.
It is also intimated that the seller has also raised a query that if he gets all loan amount he will have to pay tax on 34 lacs. Is it ok or not. please advise me.
