I have 159 sqft private terrace attached to my flat. which has been covered by a cement sheet. we are planning for redevelopment of our society and we have few quotation from builder were he has offered me 33% of my private terrace which attached to my flat. under MCGM plan my it is mentioned that ” Add: covered terrace area” so i feel that my terrace area should be included in my flat area. if i am wrong then kindly let me know what should i get for the private terrace which has been attached to flat from the builder for redeveloping the society.

My father a retired govt employee has self acquired property in the form of a house of 30*40 in Bangalore. We are 3 bros and no sisters. From the time the property was purchased I was not involved in the decision making and both my elder brother and younger brother were enjoying the property. Parents were with them. Elder brother after 4 years of stay had a dispute with my parents and shifted away. I was all alone staying away since only two families can stay in the house. The younger brother is still occupying one portion. Both the bros during their stay have not paid any rent to my father and have been enjoying the property which I was not having. Can I claim my share of rent from them now. Or else when the property is divided can I claim more since I have not been getting the rent benefit. Legally how I can proceed? My bros have benefitted by way of rent and other monetary benefits from time to time which my parents also feel is not correct. Kindly guide.

hi i am residing in a apartment from July 2017 but i made a rental agreement for that in nov 2017. Now i have applied for passport and in that i have to put that i am staying in here from July 2017 and my owner is aware of that but on my agreement the date is November 2017. What should i do now?

My father expired in 2015 , he had registered a will beforehand. I am the executor of the will. At the time of the will preparation he was in IIT kharagpur and the will is in Bengali ( our family mother tongue). We have a property in Mumbai and now I want to transfer the property in my mothers name as per the will.
The will is probated from the district court of Midnapore west Bengal.
My query is ,as the main contents of the will are in Bengali will it be accepted in Mumbai as a valid doc or do I need to go through some additional procedures. Your advice is highly needed.

Hi I am a 27 yrs male and has married a girl outside my caste. It's been 4 yrs ever since I got married and now also have a baby .my grandfather has made a will now and has declared that after his death,the house that we live in will be in the name of my father .my father now wants to throw me out of the house.my younger brother has joined a family business and I am working as an MBA.i can't join a business as I have a proper job.its a two bhk house where in one bedroom is acquired by my parents and I and my wife in the other bedroom. Now my younger brother wants to get married and my parents don't have additional money to buy a house for him a,and my brother does not want to live in a rental house.so they want to throw me out of the house with my wife and little baby.what can I do to prevent being thrown out of the house?can they throw me out of my grandfathers self acquired house just because it's named after my father in a will.?

My query is regarding the decision given by district court to pay ₹20,000 monthly maintenance to my wife and child under section 125. My wife is living with her parents for last 3 years and is working. It's her decision only to stay with her parents.
Q1.What is the procedure of challenging the decision as the amount is too high?
Q2.If I am not in a position of paying the amount then what can court do?
Q3. Is there is any provision to file complaint against biased behaviour ofJudge?

My organisation has less than 10 employees. Basically a technical service provider. I am providing services to Ltd companies. Now one of the company had asked to comply ESIC PF formalities. Our engineers salary range from 12500 to 35000/-
If a organisation is exempted from ESIC PF registration can a client ask for compliance. All my engineers are covered by Star Health insurance
Pl give the expert opinion on PRIORITY as my work has been abruptly stopped by the client

sir, my bike was thept on 5th of nov 2017 and i raised the complain on same date. after 2 days got news on local tv channel about 3 in no bikes recovary and i went to that police station which is in another dirtrict & rectified my bike. that police stn told me that i will get my bike from there only. i reported this to my local polish stn & they also guide me the same. then i hired a loyer in the other dist court and filed a pitition to the ndps majistrate costing 3000 rs & negotiate the police stn io in 2000rs(all paid). but now majistrate sir ordered my vehile i will receive from my local police stn. now sir i want to know 1.what was the acctual process for my case 2. who missguided me 3. what should be my next action. kindly guide me sir. me4u8@rediffmail.com
