Dear all,
There were 3 cases against me.
1 . 498a and313, dowry prevention act .
2. 125 Maintenance case
3. 504 and 506 and 323 and 341
In Case 1 ,CRPC 41(A) notice was given.Now i got acquittal in this case.
In case 2 decree of onetime alimony and divorce has been given.
Case 3 is in trial at SDJM court.
In attestation form few questions are there.
1.Have you ever been bound down ?
2.Have you ever been prosecuted ?
Please help me in answering this question.

my hostel charges 14rs per unit and they increase the charge every year by themselves we havent signed anything which agrees to the increase of electricity anytime
we have seperate meters and still we pay nearly 3000rs per month as bill we have a small room consist of fans led lights and one 5 star ac

My parents name is in fir for my moms brother full drinker he said bad words to relatives in that case registered in police station my parents kept sign to release him so will i get bank job or not.

my query extends to above with 3 bifurgations
1) schoole teacher (female) in exam hall privding cheat to students?
2) traffic police on road taking bribe
3) police constable just outside of chowky premises asking for toadpani
also I will be video recording and using internet forum for privacy,but can they ask court to trace me even if they are wrong side

its semiaided
can the full time teacher be public servant or govt servant?

The builder merges two single bedrooms in to one 3BHK, deviating front original plan. This so called combo 3BHK has two registration documents. Two property Assessment. Only one such buyer of combo 3BHK was allotted two stilt parking and rest of the buyers of combo are allotted open parking. Is it fair

Dear All,
My brother passed away 6 months back and his home was locked because nobody was staying there. Now after he's death the recovery agent is coming at home for EMI dues of 6 months. He's stating that , If u don't pay money now then bank will sell this property and u will not get anything.
Here my question is : Can bank sell the property in this serious condition or what our law says?
Can we wait for more months to pay EMI if we get money or they will auction the property in next month?

Dear Experts,
My wife has four siblings sister, my father in law passed away in 2024. She has no brother. My mother in law is house wife. My father in law has purchased a house in 2000 and got registered on the name of mother in law. Me and my wife are looking after my mother in law after the death of my father in law. we want equally 5 share of property for all the sisters of my wife. My Mother in law want to gift property only to younger sister of my wife. though, this property is not the self earned property of my mother in law. My query is that , do we have any legal rights to stop my mother in law for gifting the house to younger sister of my wife.

Division of society allotted site -regarding
I have a site at Pollachi, Coimbatore dist. Tamilnadu.
size measuring 45' X 80' = 3600 s.ft. in area
It is a Pollachi Housing cooperative society allotted site. Registered society.
Now can a split it & sell it. (2025 s.ft & 1575 s.ft.)
Is it legally allowed or not.
Could you please guide me in this regard.
