Married April 2017,hv two kids but wife always unwilling to live with my parents. Now she left me and since last three months she has been living with her father. She has retain all ornaments with her even those which belongs to me. Please tell me the law which can help me.

One of my friend Shashi wants to become Notary Govt of India.
He is finding difficulty to Apply for New Notary Certificate.
He is not sure whether he has to apply Online or Offline or he has to submit an Application i.e. Form - I in-person to the office of Notary Cell, Delhi.
Please guide.

I am a candidate selected for Railway Recruitment Board Mumbai, I cleared exam in 2015 August and result were declared in April 2016 after that 20 months has passed.
In starting on year in every RTI reply Railway used to say that joining will be provided by 31.12.2017 but nothing changed and 2017 has ended.
How can I use RTI to my benefit?
Should I appeal agaist Railway for false reply of providing joining till 31.12.2017?

we got married 08th may 2015 and she left my home 06th january 2016 and we dont have child.so my wife want divorce from me and demand gold, which is my mom given to her at marriage time (6 tula gold). please advice on this

Sir,
I am working in a Central Government Department in 4600 grade pay. However, I have an opportunity to relocate to my home town in another central government department. However, the grade pay is 2800.
Should I forward my application through proper channel? If my current Department does forward through proper channel and I do get selected, is it possible that they may later refuse to accept my technical resignation ?
What if I do forward my application through proper channel, and upon selection, give simple resignation to my current department (without informing them about my new job) and then join my home town department? In this way I can join my hometown department without having to hide details about my past employment. Will my Hometown department have any issue with this?
Lastly, what are the consequences of hiding my current service from the Hometown Department altogether? What if they find out later? What could be the consequences?

What is a process ..how to apply under RTI.
I asked a local lawyer he asking 7000 rs to get documents.

I am an employee of SBI as a cashier/clerk since 2013 and obtained BA degree from non college mode in 2017.
I din't took permission from department for graduation exams due to lack of knowledge, now i have a degree and i want to register it in my service record ( It will also provide me 2 increments ).
So can i get post approval for the same.....Please guide me and anyone can provide me the application letter format for post approval of graduation and degree registration in the service record.

Case Facts : One of the partner of XXXXX Gold ., who collected money from 3000 persons and in return he gave gold during the time of Demonitization period now he has collected almost 6 Cr and same has been deposited in firm's current account. Notice of Income tax U/s 131 has been received by him for further clarifications where he initially told that he collected 4 Crores and later he admitted 6 Cr after documents produced by IT. Now on the prosecution part -who ultimately held liable ? Is it a partner ? or Firm ? If partner alone then on what grounds he will be convicted ? if firm is not then on what ground it also be part of conviction or mere penalty is sufficient ? Whether prosecution can be on all partners or on a partner ? Please read this case along with Sections 276, 277 and 278B of Income Tax Act 1961. If any relevant citations please do share...

Parents forced to marriage
Dear Sir/Madam,
I (Mohammad Ali) am going through a rough stage. Can we stop forced marriage in
Gandhidham, Gujarat, India? I am Muslim (Dawoodi Bohra) by caste and my girlfriend is Hindu
(Sindhi). My girlfriend is forced emotionally by her father to marry some other person of his
cast in 8th Jan 2018. He is emotionally torturing her that if she married to me he will insulted
in front of his society. His genetic system will be disturbed because I am muslim. He will be
unanswerable to the his society that how he did married his girl to a muslim as he is a hindu.
Now he blackmailed her emotionally and also got sick himself to make her agree. He has fixed
her marriage on 08th january 2018 without her consent. Now my Love is in deep trouble, she
does not want to do this marriage but now she is bent to do so. She has became emotionally
disturb also We are feeling like he wants to spoil our life for the sake of social honour and and casteism.
Please advice how we can stop this marriage and what could be proper action?
